Great customer service! I emailed them through the website customer service form looking for a few things for my Optima D12. Fast response and fast shipping. I was a little worried about it after reading all the bad reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Both of my inquiries were answered within 24hrs and both people I talked to were very helpful. Also, the D12 over under is a really nice option for the money.

I'm going to make this short and sweet I bought a Hatsan Airmax .22 And honestly it's perfect yes one small flaw after about 500 shots was leaking only when releasing pressure from the compressor after a fill contacted hatson customer service and had no issues they immediately responded the following Monday and took care of the issue sending parts immediately with tracking I can't say enough about this company standing behind their products i will be owning a nice collection made by Hatsan over the next few years! Right on spot on customer service I wonder if bad reviews are customer end problems like mails being in trash or spam folder and they don't check. Anyway 100% props to HatsanUSA customer service look forward to years of business with you.

Well. Ran into an issue with my Hatsan Jet1 losing air internally. Got with customer service and Shane was awesome.👌 Walked me through the process and answered all my questions. Sent it out last week and it's back home today. I'm impressed to say the least. Good job Hatsan USA!!! Even emailed him to see what the problem was and immediately responded letting me know the issue and what was done to correct it. 💪Way to go Hatsan USA!

I bought a hatsan model 130s vortex from this company. The shipping was fast and accurate. I had a couple questions about my order after placing the order. Hatsan USA responded very quickly via email and fully helped me and answered my questions in full. Their customer service is excellent and the product arrived packed well and in excellent condition. I am completely satisfied with Hatsan USA and will definitely buy from them in the future. I don’t understand why some people give unfavorable reviews. Hatsan USA took great care of me.

I don't often write reviews but I feel like a lot of people have unfairly given this company a low rating. I have dealt with Hatsan USA customer service twice, once on a warranty issue and once to order a part not on their website for a secondhand gun I purchased from Ebay.

I feel like people expect someone waiting to answer insanely technical questions next to the phone all day. Working on these complex guns requires specialists and I doubt they employ many as there just aren't that many people doing this unique niche service. The website clearly details how to request customer support and I've never had it take more than 2 business days to get a reply.

Both times, my issue was resolved within a few emails. Not only did they make it right when I purchased a new gun with a slow leak, they covered return shipping although the site said I would be reponsible for it both ways. I believe people lack the patience to follow instructions and expect instant satisfaction if a product is delivered with imperfections. I will continue to puchase their awesome guns and will continue to contact customer service when I have issues, I just understand that the world does not stop and start at my convenience ;-)

I give them 5 stars and truly believe they deserve it!

Hatsan has always treated me well. I own many of their products. They have always sent the parts I ordered. Great service. Don't listen to the bad service reviews. I have always been contacted by them within a few days for all my part needs.

4 Hatsan rifles later I am continuing to be impressed by the craftsmanship, quality and amazing accuracy of these rifles.

Customer service is amazing. Great people at Hatsan making a quality product. I am absolutely a customer for life.

My experience has been exceptionally pleasant with Hatsan USA. I got a quick response to my email and have always received an excellent product from them that has exceeded my expectations.

I did try contacting the Turkish site and received no response yet. Probably because I don't speak Turkish. It also clearly says please contact hatsan USA if you are located in the USA.

Their product is excellent. Turkish real hard wood stocks impressed me. I received a hatsan 95 and it reminded me of my old mosin nagat or Turkish 8mm. The only grip is the use of plastic sometimes loose rear sights on other wise gorgeous air arms. Also the blueing on the barrels is nice however not quite fire arms quality.

All in all I would highly recommend purchasing a hatsan DIRECTLY from Hatsan USA for the best price and quality direct from the manufacturers authorized United States based reseller.
