Boathouse Restaurant

I had an opportunity to visit the boathouse restaurant on Winona Lake with a party of 12. The food was amazing, the staff was a attentive, and the food delivered quickly for the size of our party. I ordered the Pasta Rustica and it was absolutely fantastic. The alfredo sauce was on point and combined with the smoked ham really set this dish apart. I have never had a pasta dish where I had toppings out last the noodles in the dish and I enjoyed eating a pile of chicken, smoked ham, and shrimp after I had finished the noodles. That's a first time for me. The restaurant has a wide variety of offerings that all looked very good from pizza to steak to salmon and burrito bowls. Definitely recommend going and choosing one of these things. You will not be disappointed.

The food was delicious! (chicken, fish and beef were all ordered by my party) Loved the beer menu! You'll have to ask to see it! I hope they have the same beer names when you go!
The waitress was very sweet and attentive!

We were seated by a window to see the lake as the sun went down. So beautiful! (Outside patio was closed due to heat. Very smart!)

My first time going to the Boathouse Restaurant, I was not disappointed... The staff were pleasant, efficient, attentive, and friendly. The food was flavorful and filling. The view was amazing, even on a cold day. I would go back if I was in the area....

We have eaten lunch and dinner there many times and have never been disappointed. We seldom wait long to get a table, and if we do wait, we are seated within ten minutes. The booths, tables, and seats along the lake are always clean and comfortable. You will really enjoy eating here and it is wonderful to date or celebrating life events.

My absolute favorite in Warsaw . Service is always amazing The prime rib will make you keel over with joy. The salmon with lobster sauce is just glorious and the delightful lemon drop martinis just make for a stellar experience

We went to The Boathouse for dinner on New Year’s Eve. We didn’t have a reservation but they were able to seat us quickly. Service was fantastic and all our meals were amazing! I had the pretzel crusted walleye (without the sauce) and I was very impressed. One of the best walleye dishes I’ve had. Also, the spinach queso appetizer was delicious and the chips were fresh and homemade. Definitely a great experience!!

Went there for my first time, my Aunt Bonnie's surprise party. I was impressed with the service and quality as well as portion size. Friendly staff and I plan on going back

We had a great lunch hear with our niece and son. it was a quite and comfortable place that has lots of seating with a separate bar. Most of the seating has a good view of the lake. The food was good and on the mild side. We had great service and the portions were very large. It was the middle of winter so I assume most of the folks there were locals and they were quite busy. It was off season and parking wasn’t bad but I think it would be tight parking, in season.

A local favorite for years… always a solid experience with friendly efficiency and consistency. Great variety with steaks, seafood and burger options. The prime rib sandwich (not really a sandwich) is a local favorite! The ability to manage large groups with ease and a nice little gift shop. Great location with Winona Lake views and popular with locals and visitors. Proximity to plenty of shopping at the Village of Winona

My husband and I were in town to visit friends and we wanted to have a nice lunch. The service was great and the waitresses were very informative. There are places out on the deck outside the building to eat out there when the weather is nice. Large portions and all round delicious food.

Stopped in for dinner while on our fall girls trip and enjoyed our dinner by the lake. While we waited for our table we strolled through the mercantile. The dinner was great, service was fantastic and the atmosphere was calm. I got the crispy salad and it was good and surprisingly large.

Really good food and service. Not too over-the-top expensive and a great dining experience. Highly recommend!

Had a team meeting there upstairs. Staff were excellent and the food all came out quickly and it was hot and excellent. Cocktails were OK and the wine list is decent. Will definitely have other events there in the spring and summer. Everyone was attentive and they were not negatively impacting the meeting. Nicely done everyone!!!

The Boathouse had and continues to be one of my favorite locations. The menu offers a good variety, the quality is great, and the service is fantastic. And you cant beat the view of beautiful Winona Lake at sunset!

Oh, and if you want a great appetizer, get the nachos. You won't regret it!

One of the nicest restaurants in the area. Bar atmosphere is fantastic. Main dining room overlooks the lake. Plus there is outdoor dining too!

The food was fabulous as always, and the view of the lake was wonderful. Our server took our order, brought our food, and did not check on us one single time. We had to try and get her attention for drink refills and to get bread. The 2nd time we flagged her down, she told us: "l have a large funeral party in the back, so...." This was her explanation for us receiving absolutely NO service from her! We love The Boathouse and will absolutely go back, but l hope to not have this server again.

The food and atmosphere was great! We walked in and got seated right away. Our waitress barely came to our table and wasn't the most friendly.

Had the most lovely dinner date with my husband. Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Food was amazing...huge portions and great price. We will ve going back when we can watch the sun set on the lake. Ask for Madi.... She was the sweetest server.

This a superb dining establishment and I have always been impressed. The food is delicious and the staff is always very friendly. This restaurant has been a staple of this community for quite some time and it shows. If you have not tried this place put I highly recommend that you give it a try.
