Starbucks

They have always gotten my order right. But there is always a pretty long wait about anytime I’ve stopped here. Staff has always been great and helpful.

Ladies that work there are very helpful to someone who doesn't drink alot of different coffees

I normally use the drive-through, but they are always happy and ask what is expected of them.

Even though this is a Starbucks inside a Krogers, I've had better service here than in an actual Starbucks store! The staff is always kind and hardworking and it's greatly appreciated ❤

They do their job correctly. I want coffee, they provide coffee. As an introvert I love the app. I can place my order and pay ahead of time. Walk in, walk out 5 seconds later with coffee in hand.

Wonderful barista tonight! Sugar to get me through my finals. 10/10 would come again. I've noticed other Starbucks that don't have nice baristas like these. Definitely suggest this one over Husky Trail and Lake City Highway.

Starbucks a neighborhood gathering place and part of the daily routine.Part of Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market here in our hometown of Warsaw, Indiana. A full and rewarding coffeehouse experience. People come to Starbucks to chat, meet up or even work. Starbucks offers a selection of teas,pastries and treats,too.

This is a brand new location in the last few months and the training crew and manager have done a great job. The service here has been great each time I've visited.

Friendly ataff. They remember how we like the beverages...example: when we add or subtract something from the drink, they make it right and we're usually talking to them while they're making it.

I personally have never had any issues with this Starbuck's location. Both Starbuck's in Warsaw are not Corporately owned. They are simply leased out. Meaning although they do carry the Starbucks name and coffee, the Barista's are not employees of Starbucks. They are employed by Martin's and Kroger Supermarkets (respectively). So you won't get that level of Customer Service and knowledge that one expects of a Starbuck's Corporate Employee. That being said, I personally prefer this location because the employees are friendlier and if you have an issue with your drink the management team will not hesitate to remake your drink. They won't even make you feel bad about it. Also, unlike the other location here in town, this one honors "Star" rewards for free drinks &/or food items. (Example: Free Birthday Reward). They also participate in promotions. So if you are trying to decide which Starbuck's to go to while here in Warsaw or Winona Lake, I highly recommend this location over the other. (PS. Please keep in mind that the Martin's location might now participate in the free drink/food rewards. However as of the last time I tried redeeming one they didn't accept.). Also this location offers FREE WiFi as well and you don't have to be accompanied by an adult if you are under the age of 17. I am 36 so this never applied to myself but I do want to write a review that addresses all issues that again make this the better Starbuck's location in this area.

Starbucks is inside of Kroger grocery store. They have a few tables set up for customers to sit down. Service is usually fast.

Compared to Martins.....there are never more than 2 employees at the Owens Starbucks and they will get you through
faster and friendlier than the other Starbucks in Warsaw.

I go there all the time. The people there are so Friendly. One of my favorite places to get Starbucks

My favorite Starbucks the girls there know my drink by heart I don't have to tell them what I want cause when they see me at the counter they say one or two..and they make the best Carmel machitio..I will continue to due my business here..thanks girls

So nice place and it's convenient because you can do your grocery shopping and enjoy it a nice frappe cappuccino or coffee

This place has good coffee drinks, good employees, and some of the employees give some kind of samples sometimes
