Love this gift shop. Connie is so helpful when I come out and shop. She even help my daughter pick her little things out before heading home. Definitely a spot to stop at and shop

Great place with great stuff. Such a cool little shop, you gotta visit if you’re in Winona. Employees were very helpful and kind, despite some other reviews by other customers who must have been there at the wrong time.

Extremely overpriced and store is so crowded with displays that you can barely move. I discourage you from taking children into this store because there are expensive items that can easily be knocked off of shelves.

staff was extremely rude, accused of stealing and told there were cameras and owners are watching and told she would call the cops on us. We were going to buy a stuffed toy and she told us we were not going to buy it and told us to leave. Then chased us out the door while yelling at us as we were politely exiting as asked to do so.

The manager Connie harassed and threatened an employee for sticking up to her. Connie has a history of rude manners, harassment and course language to employees threatening them with "ruining their career". I DO NOT suggest shopping here and the owners should be ashamed for employing Connie. If I could give zero stars I would.

We let our 7 year old pick a toy out and an older lady approached him and scolded him for holding it because they “don’t allow people to play with the toys.” When my wife told her we intended to buy it she proceeded to argue with her. We put all of our stuff down and left. If you don’t want people buying your stuff then don’t have a store.

The workers are extremely rude.
