The lady at customer service in self check out. I believe her name is Lily. She did a amazing job helping me and went above and beyond. Hopefully she gets praise for her attentiveness to her job. The people at Kroger are always nice.

For a store that prides itself on "modern convenience" It's quite annoying to bag a bunch of food only to find out they're the only place around in 2023 that doesn't accept Apple pay or Android pay.

We were on our way home from a quick trip, had 45 minutes to go, so we stopped in here to get a few things. Seemed like a nice store.

We shop here over all the other options in Warsaw. If you use the app and watch their weekly ads for deals, you generally get more for your money than if shopping elsewhere, even Walmart. Much, much cheaper than Martins or Meijiers. And better priced than ALDIs in most instances.

Their staff is also exceedingly helpful. My wife lost her phone, thought it was at the store, their associates and manager were extremely helpful when we reached out for help in that regard. Really nothing but good to say about them.

I just placed my annual Christmas chicken order at the deli with Nadine(Warsaw IN store) and she was great! Very friendly and helpful! I won't have the chicken till the 26th, but it's always been good when I ordered from them before

Met Austin today in the parking lot. He proactively brought a cart for my grandson and I. Very nice young man. Excellent customer service skills.

Always improving the store so don't mind the bit of dust. Employees are super helpful and its really nice to get q cup of coffee from Starbucks while.you're looking for dinner. I never have issues with their produce and I like how they make it a point to buy locally.

I wish they had a bigger selection for more organic foods. The store needs to get bigger to accommodate our growing community. Otherwise, staff is always nice. Would like to see more cashiers available to ring you up. The self checkout software is nowhere near top notch.

Although I only needed milk, the flowers for Mother's Day are beautiful outside!

In my opinion this is the best grocery store in the area. The staff are all very friendly and are always willing to help you anyway that they can. If I'm looking for something and they don't have it they always offer me a substitute at the same price or cheaper, many times even free. They also have a great pharmacy with well informed pharmacists as well as a great pharmacy staff. So as for this shopper, I will forever be an Owen's customer. A well deserved "Great Job" to all who work there!

The checkout duo of Carter and Kane could write "How-2" books on great customer service and overall professionalism. Kudos fellas and thank you. We will definitely continue to shop here.

They have really good food for great prices! It's amazing how much you can get on just $100, if you shop responsibly. I am definitely impressed with Kroger's. They also have an excellent selection

I came in very early for some birthday balloons and the floral department personnel wasn't in yet. Another associate was able to fulfill my request. Appreciate people stepping out of their comfort zone to help me out.

Store has been revamped recently to make it easier to navigate. They carry the Private Selection brand of products that are always just as good as the higher name brand products. This Owens location also has a Starbucks inside with a small seating area and free WiFi.

Living next door to a supermarket, you find yourself going there very often. I've been very impressed with the management style here. It seems that employees are entrusted to make corrections that they see fit, without the need to wait 5 or 10 minutes for a manager to come over and approve something. Like any supermarket, if you go during peak hours there may be a line, I recommend going in the morning or the evening for some stress-free grocery shopping.

Friendly, fast and convenient

The store is Nicely keep clean thanks to the lovely janitors. Prices are in grate value for people that make good money and thoes that might not make much they are fair on pricing and there rewards card is a big help on saving gas

Today at Kroger in Warsaw Indiana was awesome, I had a bad day at work, when I came in to shop the service I got was so nice , Gus, Amanda , Kelly and a few other employees were very helpful, they brought a smile to my face, and made my day so much better. Thank you all for your kindness 😊

Absolutely love their curbside grocery service! The Kroger app is so easy to use too when ordering groceries. The store is clean and organized. I also love the product selection too!

I stop by the Owen's Starbucks with my sister almost everyday, and the customer service never fails! The girls are so sweet and the coffee is always great :) Definitely one of my favorite Starbucks locations
