Integrated Dentistry

This was by far the easiest and most pain free teeth cleaning I have ever had. Mary Jo was so skilled, precise, and gentle all at the same time. I have finally found my new home for my dental preventative care. I suggest you schedule an appointment now because it will take awhile to get in…they are that good! Thank you for an overall wonderful experience!

This is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. They are so kind, understanding, accommodating, and most importantly thorough. They were so gracious to my 4 year old that has come with me to all appointments. Talking to her about dentistry and answering her questions, now she is always talking about being a dentist when she grows up. All of this PLUS the work they did was incredible. They removed a terrible crown that had been causing me so many problems and replaced it with a beautifully fitting- and in the right color- crown. I have terrible dental anxiety and they never made me once feel bad for what I needed or like I was taking up too much time or being uncooperative. Just kind and thorough care and dental work!

Since my husband and I moved to Rogers from Memphis, almost four years ago and our daughter, Natalie, that moved here two years ago, told us that we should consider trying Integrated Dentistry for our dental needs too. We had been going back and forth to Memphis, all of these years for our dental cleanings and fillings. For my first dental cleaning appointment scheduled with Integrated Dentistry this week, I was late because I followed Google Map directions but still became lost — I knew though that I was very close to the dentistry office. I spoke to Auburn on the phone and she was very helpful in giving me step by step instructions on how to get there. Once there, I met Mary Jo, the Dental Hygenist, who was very kind and understanding, since I told her what had happened to me. She worked diligently to get my X-rays done and had sufficient time left to do my first dental cleaning. She had a great personality, was very knowledgeable and so gentle during my dental cleaning that my mouth didn’t hurt afterwards. I was introduced to my dentist, Dr. Thibodeuax and he was a pleasure to talk to. He had a great sense of humor, was personable and explained to me what my X-ray results showed and the plan of action that he suggested for me. I was very impressed with the entire experience and with the staff. My husband, David and I have found the perfect dentistry for us and are so glad that our daughter recommended Integrated Dentistry to us.

Just had my first cleaning with integrated dentistry. It had been a few years since I have last gotten clean, so I had to get the more thorough cleaning. I was originally nervous because cleanings have been pretty painful for me in the past. But even with this being a more thorough operation, it was by far the BEST cleaning I've ever had! MJ the dental hygienist there was so sweet and kind. She did an amazing job! Best with a needle I've ever seen, I didn't even feel the local anesthetic injections themselves. And only took around 45 minutes for half my cleaning. I'm so satisfied with my care. Impressed with all of the staffs professionalism and outgoing personalities! I would and will recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a kind and thoughtful approach. Actually looking forward to future visits to my new dentist, what more can you want?

Dr Thibodeuax is an excellent doctor!!! Very caring and thorough. There are no words to describe how wonderful my experience with Integrated Dentistry is with Dr Thibodeuax and his staff !! They are very kind, pleasant and thoughtful. Always warm and welcoming and not satisfied until their patient is happy with whatever work was needed . You can always count on the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the office itself. Dr Thibodeuax was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and went to great lengths to fix my problem. My gratitude for Dr Thibodeuax and his staff goes beyond words!! A loose crown turned out to be cracked tooth which needed extraction. The process was smooth and the healing afterwards was easy. Integrated Dentistry gave me excellent service from the moment I walked in the door until I left. Dr. Thibodeaux, as well as the staff, has great listening skills, patience and kindness. I am in my 70’s and he is the most knowledgeable and meticulous dentist ever. I highly recommend Dr. Thibodeaux and his staff.

Ok, have to share one of the best experiences I’ve had at any business, much less at a dentist office! Dr. Jason Thibodeaux and his outstanding team at Integrated dental in Bentonville, have once again raised the bar of excellence. From the kindness of the staff upon arrival to the gentleness of the hygienist our expectations were blown out of the water. I have had the luxury of being Dr. Thibodeaux’s patient for a few years and have NEVER had a Dr. treat me so well. This time it was my lovely 76 year old mother’s first dentist visit in years. She was told by two other dentist that they could not see her due to her being on blood thinners. I called Dr T. and was told to schedule her in. We were seen promptly and she (in her wheel chair) was treated so gently and caring that I was in tears. I have never seen an entire staff treat someone with such care. I’m blown away. A very huge heartfelt thank you to you Dr. Thibodeaux and to your amazing team. I am astonished at the level you have risen to. Nothing I can say does justice for the comfort you have given my family and I.

The staff was very friendly and the environment welcoming and pleasant. The proposed dental procedures were presented in detail, including pictures, not just x-rays. Highly recommend Integrated Dentistry.

Everything about this place is above par. They were so helpful and knowledgeable about everything. This will definitely be were my whole family is treated for all our dental needs! Plus the hygienist was the best one I’ve ever had. She was amazing

Had my first appointment with them as I’m looking for a holistic dentist. I had an amazing experience. Every single of the ladies there made me feel like I was a special guest. Ingrid was extremely competent and her cheerful and kind personality was such an icing on the cake. Autumn and Jennifer were nothing short of amazing as well. Doctor Derrick Johnson was professional and seemed competent. He listened and addressed my concerns.

I hate going to see a dentist. (Who doesn’t?) But they really made my visit pleasant.

(AMAZING) Not Your Typical Lame Dental Office!

I found Integrated Dentistry after moving to Bentonville recently and had to leave a review because I was blown away by Dr. Johnson and his staff… so friendly, professional, and helpful.

Their office ambiance wasn’t the typical cookie-cutter dental chain that treats you like a number versus a patient.

Their office was more like a cozy high end hotel with comfortable seating and waterfalls at the entrance - minus the doorman and valet parking ;-).

I learned all the pictures on their walls were actual patients whose lives have literally been transformed through advanced methods of cosmetic dentistry services from teeth whitening to permanent denture implants.

Oh yeah… here’s something that’s never happened in 40+ years of seeing a dentist. Their dental hygienist (awesome BTW) took all kinds of high end digital photos of my entire mouth so I could see what they see and could be used as a benchmark for before and after pictures. Not just digital X-rays… that’s done too.

Could not recommend them enough. Wife loves them too (bonus)!

Normally I am not the type to leave a review but I appreciate Dr. Johnson and his team so much that I wanted to leave one. Dr. Johnson is very gentle and aware when he is working. He always keeps me as comfortable as possible and never rushes anything. His work is the most thorough of any dentist I have visited as he always wants to be sure the bite is perfect before I leave. This is much appreciated! Dr. Johnson has gone above and beyond for me in an emergency and I'll always appreciate that. As an individual that cares about the natural aspect of medicine it was important for me to find a dentist that could respect that and he and his team do. The office is relaxed and very up to date with the latest technologies but never pushy with services or products. The hygienist is very gentle and thorough not to mention easy to be around and very professional. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and accommodating. It's the kind of place you want to hang out just to be around good people. Dr. Johnson and his team are the very best!

I have had great experiences at Integrated Dentistry. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the dentist is gentle and thorough. I have had cleanings and fillings done, and both were painless and quick. The office is always clean. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Great place! Everyone is super nice there, I also love that Integrated Dentistry is open to more than just one set way of dentistry and oral hygiene. They have more natural options available for those who would like it, while still offering the best care possible for all.

As a business owner myself I know the challenges of hiring great staff. And, when you have the entire team at the top tier is rare. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff! Dr. Johnson is extremely knowledgeable and the dental hygienist was super informative and very skilled at patient comfort. It’s always quick and a nice relaxing experience. I recommend them highly and I’m super picky.
