T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

After what was the most pleasant experience I've ever experienced in a retail service provider retail store, I need to post and acknowledge sales/tech consultant Toya. Based in Rehoboth Beach, she's a pure people person who's knowledgeable, professional with a off the charts personality and seance of humor that made the long tedious service provider transfer process actually enjoyable. I highly recommend her and T-Mobile...you should clone her.

UPDATE: 10/2/23 Went in again to resolve a billing issue. The rep (Casondra Gentner) was able to resolve this IMMEDIATELY. She is knowledgeable and her customer service was on point. If you need or want to go to T-mobile for anything I suggest you go see her!

Bernard is the man! Managing 3 different customers at the same time with the upmost professionalism. He was super knowledgeable and fixed every issue I had upgrading my device. Absolute legend!

My phone was acting weird! I walked right in and James was my savior! Then mgr Bernard was very friendly and helpful. James then fixed my weird phone and went on to sort out an account issue by getting two lines removed/cancelled immediately for me. So helpful and kind!🥰🥰

I had a great experience purchasing a new phone and transferring all data from my previous one. Bernard, the store manager, provided quality service, was very patient, and offered very good deals.

Our sales Representative was the best. Berny was so patient and so kind. He worked diligently while the phone rang and people waited. He was the type of employee you should be proud to have on board. His calm demeanor made everybody relax, wait patiently as he helped his customers. I was very impressed with TD Mobile service and glad we switched from Xfinity mobile. Had an awesome experience switching to T-Mobile mobile service last weekend, thanks to Dorothy at the T-Mobile store in Lewes. In addition to being very informative about the service options, she also came across as a customer advocate for our needs.

They have no idea what they are doing. Switched from Verizon and they could not get my information from my old phone. Stood for a long time no chairs to sit. Little staff little knowledge. If u go bring your own chair. My problem has been addressed. Patrick is awesome and caring. I'm sorry I gave a bad review but he and his staff were awesome. The only thing is they need seats people come in with walkers and need to sit because the customer service is so good they take their time to help you. Please get seats.
Verizon was terrible they tried everything to stop me from changing to t mobile and Patrick came through thank you.

They are so helpful. Better than Verizon. The only thing is they need chairs people with walkers and such need a place to sit. Patrick is so kind and patient glad I changed to t mobile. I was a Verizon customer for 15 years. They just couldn't find my account. Hello

Toya was very patient, task oriented and gets it done. Highly recommend her.

Listen I am so terrible with names but the manager, she's a brunette is cool as hell and very helpful! And also the blonde who is pregnant! Lol they were extremely helpful my first phone was acting up I came in they took care of me right away and gave me a replacement. They helped out when it was needed with no attitude and that means a lot! I would recommend this store over any!

Casondra was super helpful and extremely kind. It was like talking to an old friend. She was able to get all my phone issues resolved quickly and professionally. Thanks again!

Anthony and Berny were very knowledgeable and helpful. We had started the process of switching over 2 accounts from Verizon and AT&T to one T-Mobile account over the phone. But, needed help to insert cards and transfer our data over. We wouldn't have been able to do it ourselves. So glad we chose T-Mobile and the team at the Rehoboth Beach location! Thanks guys!

Had a little accident while out of town and broke my phone. Stopped in to get a new one. Service was great! Had a everything I needed and was out of there in about 30 minutes. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Great Customer service. I mean really great. They took the time to help me select the right phone for the right price. Ported my number over from another carrier. Transferred my data from the old phone. Outstanding customer service. I forgot what it was like to have good customer service from a cellular provider. I was considering buying on-line but glad I went to the store.

Dan, Spencer and Martin were very knowledgeable about what I needed to do as I signed up for my new T-Mobile account. I received assistance choosing the right phone that fit my budget and needs. I could not have asked for any better experience. Thank you Dan, Spencer and Martin.
