AT&T Store

Called and spoke with AJ over the phone and was sold on the newest iPhone which surprisingly enough I was able to get delivered to my doorstep & get squared away with the quickness and professionalism I have not see at any AT&T before. Aj is the reason for the sale today and I will be more than happy to suggest this location to any friends & family I know that live in the area. Perfect service.

Jake the manager was the best he got me everything g I needed plus more great guy would recommend 10/10

i've only had to stop by twice, but both times the workers helped with my issue. they were fast and efficient and didn't mind answering my extra questions about smaller details. i will be returning for all future phone issues

I just want to start by saying I’ve gone before and the service was ok. I recently went back and met the new Manager (Penelpoe). She helped me with some questions on my billing and entering my account. She was super patient and nice. If it wasn’t for her I’d give you guys a 3. Over all good store now.

Every time I've called this store with questions regarding my account with AT&T, the employees are always eager to help with any issue and are happy to break everything down into layman's terms for me so I know exactly what's happening with my service. I couldn't ask for better service if I wanted to, and I don't!

Exceptional service, I was attended by a salesperson named Karla. She was great I was having issues with my phone and a few questions about my account and she didn’t hesitate to help me. Usually sales people don’t like to give the time of day if there’s no sale pending but Karla seemed genuinely interested in helping and I truly appreciated it.

Lance was amazing today! He was super busy and helped me with a new phone that the Goshen store did not have in stock! His customer service was amazing and helped me after close! This guy deserves a raise!!

All the staff here are beyond awesome. I walked in with a hand-me-down 2016 iPhone SE and they transferred my SIM card into it and walked me through setting it up and explained the basics of iPhone use to me. They never made me feel silly for not wanting a new phone or stupid for knowing nothing about smartphones and took all the time they needed to help me even though they made no money at all on the transaction.

This was after another ATT store -- where I had actually made an appointment -- took one look at the phone's box -- just the box -- and told me it was too old for the new 5G network, never mind what the ATT website said.

The people at this Elkhart Road store were simply great.

Penelope was great at multitasking, and was quick at getting me out of there! She was very pleasant to talk too as well. She has excellent customer service skills!

My husband and I had exceptional service today from Morgan Bailey! So professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. She helped us upgrade our account to an unlimited plan and saved a few bucks in the process with auto payment. Give this girl a raise or a promotion. She's a keeper!!

Great employees every time I go in. Always hopeful when I have questions about my bill. Very patient when I have many questions about new phones. Plus their Spanish speaking employees are wonderful when my mom goes into the store.
