This store is going to close soon n I came to the mall n decided to go in JC Penney and they had a lot of discounts on everything ..I got a coat that cost over 130.. for 32.00 though that was a gift for that price ,definitely alot of good prices .

I got a great display piece for only 12.00 my mom got a pair of shoes for a couple bucks. It's to bad they left and closed up

Lots of discounts that day was Sunday go to meeting Dress shopping for my little girl. Was very happy to find some things for her. And very reasonably priced

Shopping at Penny's this evening was wonderful. Lots of good sale and the salespeople were very helpful. Lots of good bargains as well. Got my daughter and Old World Santa that was on sale and was on sale again on any pink tag. So a 60 dollar Santa cost me only 9.71. Now that's a bargain and my daughter just loves it. It's heavy so it can't get knocked over very easy... I saved 25.00 dollars on a new pair of Tennis shoes.... So I'm very please with everything there this evening... Loved the sales people all were so very nice.

I've always loved JCPenney I hope they stay there they need to have more stores here in this area I wish that they had more stores in the mall come on get us back going on this side of town I hate going over to Mishawaka build up our area come on mayor let's get on the ball that's what we pay our taxes for that's let's go over the other side of town let our people enjoy our city you get going everybody get on the bandwagon get our mayor going get our companies coming back over to our side and stop wasting our space help their stores that are holding on by the sheet pants get a break and fill those stores up come on everybody let's go keep going to JCPenney's and Michaels and all the other stores in the mall come on everybody let's go where is your city Spirit stop going over to Mississauga if you live over in this area and try to give our community our money we deserve it we pay taxes over here we're giving their money our money there there tax money we're paying their taxes with our money we need to keep our stuff going over here how do you like going in our mall and there's no lights in the hallway because we couldn't pay our light bill it's a shame we need to all go to our Mall everybody go to the to the Concord Mall go to Kohl's go to meijer's go go to Ross's go to our stores over here keep it going keep it going thank you everybody pass it on

A favorite for value, quality, styles and choices. Prices tend to be more reasonable over the inflated Kohl's model with "sales" discounts. We have purchased women stylish snow boots, makeup, underwear, a girl's back pack, men's button down shirts, jeans, shoes, underwear, socks, winter coats for all. Some of the best looking designs for the money without the need for returns. Well stocked, good selection and not cheap looking like the grocery stores. Highly recommended, especially with a coupon.

They went above and beyond to help my son and I get him a suit!... wish I would have gotten the ladies name that says she makes prom dresses. But all in all I'd recommend them to anyone!

I stopped at this location after work one day to look for some jewelry I had been wanting to buy after an unpleasant experience that I had this past weekend at the JCPenney at University Park mall in Mishawaka. At the UP mall location, I was not only ignored for approximately 10 mins but then I was skipped over by their associate to help someone that had just walked up. So I took my business to this location another day instead. I had a very polite and helpful associate who was very patient and helped me find the perfect pieces of jewelry I was looking for. The customer service thus woman gave was exceptional. On a Sizemore, the sale prices were phenomenal. Unfortunately this mall has become a dead zone and most of the shops are gone now. Aside from that, this location is worth a stop if you're passing through.

We had to return a winter coat we bought in November that was ripped at the seams. We had the card we use to purchase but no receipt. There was no issues with the return. The employees were very friendly and even helps us find the same cost online to purchase for a cheaper price then we bought the original one for.

Went looking for a new winter coat because out of 4 coats 3 of them the zippers had broke. Surprisingly I actually found what I was looking for and at a great price. I bought a $200 coat for $59 !

It was fine. Found what I was after, and at a decent price, and saved even more using my JCP card.
I have to say, I'm not sure how the store stays open, there was only a dozen or so people in the store. Although I know that the entire mall was slated for destruction, and not sure how JCP fit in to the new build. I hope it does.

Great sale today. But always have quality products at low prices. Easy to find helpful service people. I shop here regularly because it is close and easy and reasonably priced.

Bought a few gifts from JCPENNEY for Christmas. I found exactly what I was looking for. They have very good deals. I saved a lot of money. I definitely will be going back there soon to shop💯

I enjoy shopping at JC Penny's. Associates are so polite and go the extra mile to help customers out. Today, when shopping I asked questions and received kind answers. It was a pleasant shopping experience.

You know when you go to a hole in the wall to get a better Taco vs. going to Hacienda. This is like a hole in the wall professional salon at JCPenney vs. going to Great Clips. They are professionals and take the quality time to make you look great!

I mainly go to Penny to shop at Sephora, but I often find a sale going on and can’t help but shop. This department store has been around for awhile and I like to get my children their Nike and Adidas clothing from here. I often find their bed & bath is priced reasonably and always on sale as well. I’m still a fan of JCPenny!

I have always loved Penney's but this one is so sad. It is in a mall with only a few other stores and mall owners have given up, no maintenance. So sad. But all the store employees were polite and very helpful. So go to Penney's, save this great store.

Always a great place to shop. They always have my T- shirts.
