Discount Tire

I've never purchased wheels and went through Discount Tire online and it was super easy. I even got a call confirmation that they received my order and were working on getting my rims to the correct location. Installation day was super easy, I dropped off my keys and they were done in less than an hour. Pretty impressive. I only talked to one person and he was nice and friendly. Great experience and I like my new rims.

So easy and convenient to make sure your tires are properly inflated. You turn in, follow the arrows on the signs, and stop. Today two very polite young men came out. The first young man came to my window, scanned my door jam, and read the correct tire pressure for my vehicle.
10 minutes or less and I was on my way!!

Went in for a small tire repair. Valve cap would not break loose, so I could air it up. Wife was upset there was an indicator light on for low pressure. They repaired it quickly with great customer service. Happy wife, happy life!

Best tire service in town, always ready, eager and willing to help any way they can. I have no complaints and looking forward to many more years of great customer service. Thanks again Discount tire, you rock!!

Came here to get a tire patched up on tires I purchased here a couple years ago. They couldn't patch it because I put in a tire plug. Instead I received a free brand new tire with only a 20 dollar certificate fee. Thanks Erick! 5 stars to the staff as a whole and will continue to do business here.

Have been getting tires there for years. Fast service. Love being able to make appointment for install. No upselling. Pretty easy to deal with.

As usual I'm leaving here happy, New 10 ply Michelin tires installed on newer rims. About a 2 hour wait but come on, I was a walk-in customer on a booked up day, I more than expected to have a wait. I see alot of people have zero patience anymore though. Thank you guys for everything again. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone too.

Nice job Discount. I needed two trailer tires so I brought them in loose. They replaced one of my tires at no charge on a certificate, and had a good price on the other. My wait was short, and the employee put the tires back in my truck for me.

Excellent staff as well as very knowledgeable from order to installation, including follow up visit to make sure our lug bolts was still at the correct torque definitely have a great staff there.

They always are friendly, helpful, and educate me on my options. Today they found a screw in my slow leak tire and fixed it for FREE!

Incredibly professional and polite staff. I set up an appointment online, was greeted professionally and promptly, and given a concrete time estimate, which was exceeded. Much help was provided from staff on pickup and drop-off. Cannot recommend enough.

Great customer service. Called and talked to Chelsea about new tires and wheels for my truck. She was more than helpful through the whole process. They had some issues with FedEx not delivering all the tires at the same time but they kept me informed and once everything came in they got it all installed. I was only at the store for about an hour. If you need tires and/or wheels this is the place to go. Shout out to the guys in the shop as well. They made sure I was happy with everything and it looked the way I wanted it before I left.

Dalton was really helpful and knowledgeable. I only had an appointment for 1 car, but they also took care of an issue on a second car by the time I got back. Its pricy to mount low profile tires if you didn't purchase from them but they took their time mounting 30 and 35 series tires and I do not see any damage due to mounting.

Ryan was so helpful in getting us a great deal on a set of tires. Our car is all wheel drive so replacing the one flat tire was not an option.

They serve joyfully and get the work done efficiently. They are also extremely thoughtful and courteous. I wish every business had such outstanding quality and customer service. Very helpful, polite and courteous. Always give the answers up front and help you to decide what is the best option. Came in to have a tire repair done because I thought I had a slow leak, come to find out that the sidewall was damaged. Rather than sell me the most expensive Tire they had they gave me plenty of options as well as take care of it quickly.

Very friendly and great service. They didn't have the size I needed, but they loaned me a tire to get by for the week until my new one came in at no charge.

Can take a while to get out of here, had 2 tires put on but very good job and very nice and professional customer service. Very good prices
