Kohl's

I really like Kohls. Yesterday it was neat and tidy! (It used to be a mess. For years. ) Something is different! Or someone in charge is different! The sales are amazing! Plus, I had a 30% off coupon! It can be used on sale merchandise! Who else does that???

This was my second visit to Kohls within 2 weeks. There is a lady manager that I have interacted with. Forgive me as I did not catch her name but she is fabulous with the way that she interacted with her fellow employees and to me, a customer. Great job ma'am.

Employees at this store very helpful, the store is clean and well organized, and the check out process is quick.

I was looking for placements and found a great selection.

What can u say about Kohls except they have very nice products @ very nice prices. I hope they never go away, I don't know what we will do. Lol Great c.s.

Friendly cashiers, great deals, very clean store ,easy return policy.

I went to pick up my online order. I wasn't sure how it would go, but it was pretty easy to figure out. I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't have to wait in line either. On my way out of the store I found something to purchase. The cashier was very nice and friendly. My experience was very positive. I will be back.

I was very happy to find exactly what I was looking for at this store without having to go all the way to the Sephora in the mall, as I live rather far from it. I live much closer to this store. And I love that I can use my kohls card.
The staff is always EXCEPTIONAL! I absolutely LOVE Marlene. She is just a gem. It’s so nice to be greeted and helped by someone who is smiling and calm and not at all salesman-like. Being confident and chill about things is so much better than sounding scripted and disingenuous.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I think Marlene deserves a raise. 😉

Very, very clean. Did not understand though how to pick up an item I ordered online. I read the sign with instructions, but I never received an email with a number. So I never picked it up. Didn't see any employees in the area to help either. Also did not receive my rewards at checkout either because the young lady working said she forgot to do it, and that she couldn't change it since I already paid for my items. She was apologetic, but I'm new to the whole rewards thing there, so I really didn't know how it worked either. Other than that, gorgon clothes, and alot of clearance items too, which I love.

Love shopping at Kohls for my grandchildren. Many times online orders are available at my local store. Large selection of merchandise. Easy returns.
