I traveled from Louisiana to attend an special event in Washington D.C. I received excellent customer service with assistance in product selection to full face makeup service. Everyone was friendly, and went beyond extraordinary to ensure that I was "glam perfect" for the event. A special acknowledgment or shout out for Alexia, who squeezed me in and did a beautiful job with my makeup service.

Stopped by for the first time and this is definitely one of the best sephoras in the DMV. I was immediately greeted and helped upon entry and Alexis and Sage were super helpful with a return I had. Super friendly and helpful staff. I will be back again :)

I had a wonderful experience shopping here. Dana helped me pick out the right stuff for my requirements with great patience. She knew exactly what I wanted and made an overwhelming experience of getting makeup as a beginner a breeze. A big shoutout to the whole team!

I went in here looking for several products-lipstick, CC cream, concealer, mascara. I spoke with an employee named Jasmine for....geeze probably was with her for 90 minutes lol. But she helped me out so much. Really patient. She was with me when I tried on every color of every lipstick in the store, helped me get the right (not too yellow!) shades of concealer and CC Cream. She was great.

I went to sephora today and I had a wonderful experience thanks to Steff.
I wanted to ask about Lady Gaga's products but all the staff seemed to be busy so I decided to just get what I was looking for and leave when Steff approached me.
She perfectly understood what I was looking for and took her time looking for the perfect shade for me.
She truly cares about what you need and she went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information about the products.
I cannot wait to try all the products she recommended!!!.

I easily spent an hour or two in this Sephora today. I couldn't decide between foundation shades, and I just needed to sample, compare, and consider, over and over and over. Nobody was bothered by me, and nobody bothered me. The staff weighed in when *I* finally asked - when I couldn't decide between the final two foundations. I spent more time and money there than I meant to, but that's what happens when a shopping environment gives you the freedom to explore the options on your own until you the customer ask for help. A million stars.

What a wonderful experience I had yesterday while shopping with my gals at this Sephora. I found everything I needed, wanted, and let's be honest, MORE! Simone and Serap were absolutely wonderful. They helped my friend find the perfect birthday gift!! I had been needing a moisturizer and Simone was so knowledgable and patient in order to find the perfect fit for me. Truly an example of excellence in customer service. I will be coming back :)

Andrew helped me find my usual tinted moisturizer and a new mascara for statement eyes (Monsieur Big). He gave me suggestions on how to use Nars’ Orgasm X and how to mask-proof my makeup. So helpful, and what a sweet guy! Store was immaculate as Sephoras generally are, and there are lots of new products on display. I will be shopping this location again.

I was only asking if they had a water dispenser and they went back to get me a cup of water! Perfect customer service :)
