Hyatt Place Rogers/Bentonville

I stay in mid tier and upper tier hotels, and this was a very solid pick.
1) the location is prime if you have a car. The walking/running trail is ~1/2 mile away and they have a shuttle that will take you up to 5 miles away.
2) the rooms are a bit tired and probably need a makeover. The bathroom was in need of a deep clean, the couches were old/stained, the beds were not great.
3) the breakfast is actually pretty good and rotates. The coffee is as weak as it can get.
4) the staff was incredibly friendly. It's worth coming here because the staff is good.

Stayed here last night and the staff I had the pleasure of interacting with were TRULY lovely through and through. Breakfast was nice, room was clean and I slept awesome. Looking forward to staying again! :))

Just watched a show at the amp and crashed in the room. Very clean, very friendly staff, no complaints, and love the noon checkout time after a good night. 👍

The breakfast (free) was very good they had a variety of different milk, fruit, and protein. The have a cool conveyor belt toaster. The hotel had a variety of different muffins, toast, and bagels and cereal.

Nice hotel off a busy interstate exit. Spacious, modern rooms. The double bed room is set up with a seating area and sleeping area, separated by a wall. The shower was powerful and relaxing. Enjoy breakfast in the morning or a snack and drink in the evening. There are several places to eat within walking distance.

Renata at the front desk will hold a special place in my heart forever. Both being German (but for me, not born there), we had a lovely and hilarious discussion about how my last name SHOULD be pronounced. I had no idea. And will be saving for a trip to Germany. Great hotel, excellent and friendly staff, close to any kind of stores you could think to need. My room was huge, beautiful and clean. Highly recommend!

Had a large recently redone room, 104. Front desk, especially Ren at night, was very welcoming and efficient. I missed breakfast for three days but enjoyed it today. Every area I saw was very clean.

I’ve stayed here almost 16 nights now (not in a row) but have thoroughly enjoyed the rooms. The double beds are comfortable but the king beds are the best. The front desk staff are personable and accommodating. There is a buffet breakfast every morning with a variety of options that does the job. The coffee is great and there is open seating in the lobby to sit and eat/lounge. I haven’t had a noise issue even though the hotel is right next to the freeway. It’s convenient to some local shopping (Marshall’s is around the block) and PLENTY of food around here. I will say they did overbook the hotel this week and I was placed in a double bed room when I had reserved a king bed, so that wasn’t exactly thrilling to hear they overbooked. However, the rooms are still large and spacious with reliable Wi-Fi.

Lovely visit from check-in to breakfast the following morning. Fantastic customer service skills displayed by both the evening and morning team members!!!

Laura and Ren wat the front desk were kind, passionate, and helpful. I loved my time spent at the hotel!

Really clean facility !!

Incredibly friendly staff who really welcome you home each night. Great breakfast and comfy spacious while maintained rooms. Note the odd numbers, face the interstate and can be a bit loud, highly recommend requesting and even nunbered room

The room was a good suite with a separated bedroom area from the living space which made it feel more comfortable. The location is close to the highway, so there is some road noise. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating.

Nice hotel. I like the layout and size of our room. The space planning was well thought out and comfortable.

The screen between the bed and the "living" room made the room feel more spacious. It was nice not to see the bed immediately upon entering the room. The TV was on a pivot and could be seen from both spaces. The closet was on the small side. The bathroom and shower were fine. The sink outside the bathroom was also a nice touch. The room was clean and well maintained.

Overall it was a pleasant stay.

2 words: Janet Sampier. Janet is the Director of Sales and Marketing for this hotel and she is simply amazing!! I called desperate for about 20 plus rooms for a basketball tournament and Janet made every effort to make that happen for us even though every other hotel was booked and not able to accommodate us. Janet called and emailed us and made special accommodations for us until our team departed. She made me a believer in customer service again!! I am going to tell everyone heading to Arkansas to stay at Hyatt Place and say hi to Janet!

I didn't go to Arkansas, so I can't speak on the rooms. The customer service at the hotel was amazing as well!

Nice hotel for the week. Service in the beginning was a little off keep transferring me to different people on the phone. Wish they would be a little more easy on early check ins my flight got in early. Other wise it has been great!

Great rooms and location. Ask for a quieter room on the east side. Customer service is great.

Staff are really friendly. Not much out there but it’s a quiet town. Beds were clean. Room wasn’t fancy but it did what it needed to do. Showers are fine. Everything worked.

Great hotel and stay plus a really good value. The room was nice and spacious with all of the amenities that you would expect. The shower (and this seems to be consistent across all Hyatt's) was great. My only complaint would be the toilet/shower portion of the bathroom. The toilet area is quite small and it is an older style toilet, not one with an extended seat/bowl. I'm not sure if you could close the door if it was.
Overall though, a great hotel.

I stayed 1 night and this is an awesome hotel. The staff are all helpful and friendly. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again if I'm ever around the area.
