Had a great first experience in here today! Walked in just to see what the store was and ended up spending 45 minutes and $100.

The selection is huge with smell samples on every tea offered. There’s also taste samples on certain teas spread around, too.

I was a big fan of the “tea bar” they have where you can try any tea they sell hot or cold. It was so fun and informative. The staff was super friendly and personable and helped us with our purchase after asking all of our questions.

Savoy Tea Co is an excellent tea place with exceptional service provided by Lindsay and Faith. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. As a tea lover, I was impressed by the variety of teas available, from classic black teas to unique blends like Spice Up The Jam and Pink Pepper Chai. Lindsay and Faith were incredibly knowledgeable about each tea and were happy to help me find the perfect blend for my taste preferences. They provided excellent customer service, answering all of my questions and offering me samples to try before making a purchase. Their patience and friendliness made me feel right at home in their shop. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Savoy Tea Co thanks to the exceptional service provided by Lindsay and Faith. I would highly recommend this tea shop to anyone looking for high-quality tea and friendly service.

First time buying tea. The staff was super helpful. Shelby went above and beyond helping me pick out tea for a Christmas present! Tea was reasonably priced for what I would expect. Tons of flavors, next time I’m in the area will stop by and maybe find one I like 😂

Loved it, huge variation of teas, great customer service. The only thing that I didn't like was sugar in teas that are in the try kettle. It was hard to understand the taste under the sugar, but you can smell all the teas so it's not a big issue

Absolutely amazing prices for tins of loose tea. Sample pack deals are the way to go so you can try what you like. Staff is always friendly. Moved a while back and found out they ship and you can order online! Absolutely a life saver as I will never love another tea more than dutchess gray and thought i'd have to have family ship it to me.
Tldr, affordable tins, sample packs great flavors, can order online. 10/10 stars

Went here for our son to get him a expresso was pretty impressed it was a pretty upscale place and the price was very competitive way better than Starbucks

Staff is very friendly and always enjoy to have my fave Thank you very Matcha! The best matcha I've had so far in town.

The place was also clean and tidy.

They have the best selection of teas. They have loose leaf and bags. I highly recommend the cinnamon orange tea.

Every drink they make is delicious! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful (especially to newcomers who aren't sure what to order). It always smells really good inside because of all the teas and coffees. I work in the mall also and they once brought some free coffees to my workplace because they were training a newbie. The coffees were amazing and it will cement their kind reputation in my mind for a long time.

The store was well layed out, airy, smelled incredible, both of the clerks were friendly and professional. The cup of Jasmine Green was perhaps the best cup of tea I have ever had outside my own kitchen.

What a fun little tea shop! I love the vast selection of tea, tea cups, gifts and more. I really love the deal of buying 4 sample packs and getting one free! It makes it so nice to be able to try different flavors without committing to too much. They also have a tea club where you can ship it straight to your house which is also nice!!

Their drinks they serve are tasty too - lots of options: hot, cold and frozen! One of the nice things is that you can try any flavor tea too. That sure helps to choose which ones to buy. They also have good sugar free and low sugar options which I appreciate!

The staff is always friendly when I go in, whether it's in the Rogers or Fayetteville location. I enjoy supporting this local business not just because it's local, but bc they really do have a great product!

This is one of my favorite shops and one of the few reasons I visit the mall. It's a beautiful shop with good smells and plenty of choices for every type of tea enthusiast. Ask one of the folks up front about the rewards program its really useful if you want to visit frequently.

This is a wonderful little shop. Tina Beyer is the owner and manages both of her shops. She gives excellent service and is so witty with all her decor.

My family had the loveliest Bridal Tea in her Fayetteville store the food was wonderful and so was the service. She let us bring our own Champagne in for a mimosa Bar and she provided the juices.

We had a lovely time and it was perfect for a little bridal party in the back area of the shop.

What a beautiful little tea shop!

Last Saturday (the first time I had ever been here) I had the mixed berry tea (or whatever it was called) and it was delicious! Then yesterday (Saturday) I had the Strawberries and Cream tea thing, and it tasted like strawberry cake which I don't usually like, but it was pretty good. They gave me a sample of the apricot tea and it was great (I don't like apricots) then they gave me a sample of the pear, lemon, honey tea (I think that's what it was called) and it was kinda bitter but with some sugar it would be awesome. Both apricot and pear, lemon, honey teas were good, and they were hot. I'm not a big fan of hot tea (I prefer it cold) but I would no doubt get these again. So all in all I would give this place 5 stars!

The staff was super friendly and gave us an overview of how everything was set up when we walked in. Loved the samples of tea they had available! Also love that they have a rewards program and an online store as we are not local.

The ladies at Savoy that helped us check out were friendly & informative. We enjoyed the samples and purchased the Squash Buckling Chai & Earl Grey loose leaf teas. I ordered the chai with coconut milk off their menu to go. Delicious! I love that Savoy offers smaller sampler back loose leaf tea options & online ordering options. Will order again in the future! Thanks for a great experience!
