Aloft Hotel Rogers-Bentonville

My recent stay at the Aloft Hotel in Rogers, AR was good. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The bedding was clean and inviting, adding to the overall comfort of the room.

However, one aspect that detracted from the overall experience was the television setup. Despite its modern appearance, the TV seemed to have issues with certain channels, notably ABC and TBS, among others, limiting entertainment options.

In terms of amenities, the hotel offered standard features such as complimentary Wi-Fi, etc. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant check-in and check-out experience.

Overall, the Aloft Hotel in Rogers, Arkansas excels in providing comfortable accommodations, the inconvenience of the TV channels not functioning properly is probably unique to my room.

The front desk staff were super friendly and accommodating. We stayed from December 27-29th (2023). The property was super pet friendly. Treats and water at the door for our pup and a staff eager to welcome her with lots of love and petting. Bartender was professional and accommodating. Truly a great experience, the team definitely made us feel welcome and more than just another daily guest.

We booked last minute at a great rate and was so pleasantly surprised with the nice room layout, how comfortable the bed was, and the super friendly staff! We will stay here again next time in town.

Service was good when I checked in. My room was clean upon my inspection. My bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. No breakfast included (which I knew before I selected the hotel) Location was great for my business stay. I'd stay here again.

The hotel itself is great for its quality and comfort. Even better is the staff. I’ve always been treated well here, but exceptionally well during my last stay. Gigi was at the front desk when I had booking complications at check in and also when I left. She was extremely kind and helpful through every process! Looking forward to my next stay here!

Morgan made this visit very pleasant. From the check-in, which I needed to add an additional night’s stay at the last moment, to enjoying a relaxing drink at the in-house lounge, then breakfast the following day, she ensured everything was handled as needed. This visit was over Thanksgiving Day, so the staff level was limited, which meant Morgan wore multiple hats. She was positive and welcoming to other guests, too. She is a first-rate representative of this property and I hope management recognizes their fortune with having her onsite. Thank you!

Amazing stay!! First time staying in this hotel and I was very pleased. Beds were very soft and comfortable. Had coffee pot, cups, plenty of towels, 4 pillows to each bed, a gym, pool table and an amazing lobby. Altho they don't have breakfast they do offer many items in the lobby to buy as well as all the restaurants are so close go enjoy them. Staff was so polite and accommodating.. Rooms are alittle small but I have stayed at many hotels and I will say this is my favorite. It does have a 60s vibe which I absolutely loved as well.

I have stayed in over 50 Marriot family hotels. The Aloft in Rogers/Bentonville very much lives up to the Marriott standard. The check-in was seamless, the staff friendly and helpful. The front desk associate knew we were checking in late and checked to make sure our room was just as we needed about 10 minutes after our arrival. He suggested places for dinner since we arrived near 10 PM and sent housekeeping to our room with an extra blanket for us. Check-out was express. Wonderful breakfast option. Extremely clean. Great water pressure. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on.
