Dr. Ivey is an amazing doctor! She truly cares about her patients. Really listens , and works hard to help improve your health. Quite a refreshing experience in this day and time of cookie cutter medicine where you are herded through quickly for a quota. If you want quality care by an excellent physician with a caring staff. This is the best place!!

Dr. Ivey is amazing! She listens, explains fully what is going on and gives you her undivided attention. I really appreciate how she took time to get my full history, write down notes and didn't look at some computer screen the whole time. 100% recommend her!

Doctor Ivey herself was really sweet, but you can't get the freaking receptionist to answer the phone. I was supposed to be getting a call back about a prescription change last week and still get ahold of anyone and no call back!!! very frustrating!!!!

I have been back to this Dr at least 4 times over the course of the past few months, and have collectively seen the actual doctor one time for maybe 5 minutes. Also, receptionist is absolutely terrible about not answering the phone, doesn't know how to set up voicemail (have fun waiting two minutes for her to end the message), and they are bad about not returning calls. I also had to reschedule an appointment, then they set it back to the original time without letting me know first. Simply unacceptable.
