Worked with a guy named Robert. He took 20 minutes to type our information into his little software program and said we owed money. I asked why, he said because we paid too little. I asked why again, I claim a zero, and my wife didn't work for half a year. He said because we didn't give them enough money. I asked him if he could look at it for a second and see if I didn't pay enough, or my wife didn't pay enough, or if there was something missing and he just said "Look, I think we'd both be happier if you got someone else to do this."

I mean seriously? I'm paying you over $150 to plug some numbers into a software programs which takes you 20 minutes, can you really not take a couple of minutes to consult and give some basic tax advice without getting offended and telling us to leave?

Very unprofessional when they take & their phone calls has over 20minutes waiting.
I'm glad I didn't do business with them
