Edit: just wanted to say that the trivia night on Tuesdays is really fun. Also I tried the Chicago style pizza and it was solid.

I didn't get to try any pizza, but I did have some appetizers. The pizza dip was pretty good, better than it looks. The pizza bites were alright, nothing special. The cheesy bread sticks were solid, but in my opinion could have been better. Lastly, I got the cookie and it was really good (very rich). Overall, everything else about the restaurant was good including the service.

Went after a work with a few coworkers. The atmosphere was what we expected but the food and service was top notch. Definitely recommend coming here. Our server was Chloe definitely want to give a shout out to her hopefully you get her for the same 5* service we got!

Best deep dish Chicago style pizza you can find in the area.

I have been here twice in the last few months, both times for an adult birthday party. The pizza is great and they offered a good gluten free pizza for my wife. There is something for everyone at Gusano's. They have a billiard table and I played a couple games with my son.

We were there on trivia night but not to play. It was a good atmosphere for that. It isn’t too fancy. The food was fantastic. Some of the best pizza I’ve had even compared to Giordano’s.

The pizza and service here is amazing! We call in orders just about every week for the entire office and we look forward to it! Thank you for everything you guys do! Maybe I’m crazy, but I always order a large Styrofoam cup of ranch dressing to go. It is the best dressing I have ever had. I sometimes like to sit at the bar and have a beer while I’m waiting on my pizza order to be ready to go.

Order to go and new counter was so easy. Had a dinner salad and it was massive. Enough for two people or more. And a yummy pizza. Thanks for having everything ready on time.

Went for a business outing in a party of 13 right as they opened. They handled it like champions. I would have personally made a reservation or called the day before but that wasn't my decision lol. Food was great the server was super funny. I'd definitely go back for a date night or something!

Got the chicken pesto in addition to our regular pizzas. It was delicious. Their Greek side salad is delish!!

Had a regular crust pepperoni pizza and a Greek salad. The pizza was great, but the salad was fantastic.....order it with the Greek vinaigrette!!!

We stopped at Gusano's for lunch and I was excited to have the Chicago style pizza. The interior of the building definitely had a Chicago pizza joint feel, and I appreciated the memorabilia (except where are my WHITE SOX being represented??????). When I got over the offense of not seeing any White Sox paraphernalia, I ordered the Chicago style cheese pizza, my daughter ordered the thin crust (she's dead to me) Margherita Pizza and my friend ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. Our waitress has been there a long time, was really nice, very helpful and incredibly efficient despite having a lot of tables to serve. Our food came out quickly. The spaghetti and meatballs was tasty enough that my friend ate every last bite (although she is not Chicago, so don't hold me on that one), my daughter's thin crust looked very good and, while my cheese pizza did taste really good, it was a strange, almost soupy dish. The crust went really high above the rest, and so overall it was definitely not a true Chicago pizza. However, it tasted really, really good and I ended up not really caring that it wasn't as authentic as it might have been. Then, I tried a bite of the margherita thin crust pizza and had to re-claim my daughter, because it was insanely good. So, all in all, we really enjoyed our lunch and would definitely go back. However, if you love the White Sox you might help me start a petition to get some representation up in the joint :-)

The pizza was pretty good. I had the carnivore hand-tossed. The sauce had a unique taste. Not too sweet but tangy and sweet at the same time. The crust was cooked to perfection. Not soggy and handled the toppings like a champ. The salad was fresh and the creamy Italian dressing is a problem. It is thick and has a great taste just like Italian dressing. The toppings were chopped fresh. I just wish they would've cut the peppercinis. Other than that you need to eat here because the service matches the food.

Five stars only bc I can’t give ten. Food is amazing, servers are attentive without being annoying. My only issue is the seating can be uncomfortable. We were at a high-top in a high-traffic area and it was awkward.

The Chicago style pizza is to die for. I have took Chicago natives here and they were fans as well. The deep dish can be a little pricy but you might as well ask for the box on the way in... you can only way one or two pieces. The pic in my review is the other half of my pizza that I ate the next day for lunch. This is the personal size... and it made two meals.

Pizza is pretty good! Hand made, and made to order. It is more of a this crust artisanal style pizza, whereas I prefer my pizza a bit thicker and loaded. I went there as part of an after work gathering. Was a fun place, plenty of people enjoying themselves. Kind of place you'd go and hangout with friends for a while, watching sports, drinking a few beers and chowing down on some pizza for a while.
