The experience was great - we found what we wanted, they had it in stock, and Jeff the salesperson made it very easy and was very knowledgeable. Great & Easy Experience.

I went in looking for a very specific item, a console cabinet for my entryway. I was approached soon after entering the store by a salesperson, that asked what they might help me with. She listened carefully. Then she said they might have just what I was looking for, and took me to the perfect item. It was exactly what I was hoping to find. I could hardly believe it. This was my fifth store that day and nothing else had come close in size and style.

I despise overly aggressive sales tactics. Dan was very friendly and really helpful without being overly aggressive. He provided useful information about the products, and answered our questions without being pushy. This made the experience significantly better than I've experienced at other furniture stores.

Anna was terrific. She was very knowledgeable about the different kinds of mattresses. She answered all our questions. Very personable. She made the experience fun!

Jeffrey was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was kind and answered all our questions. He gave us a print out sheet to take home, so we could measure to see if it would fit.

Jeff was so helpful in helping me choose the right recliners for our home. His knowledge in the mechanics of the chair, comfort, and durability helped me make a wise and informed decision. He also introduced me to the layaway program Haverty’s has which proved to be so necessary considering the many delays in the building of our new home. The sales consultant that helped us, Cheryl Powell, was excellent to work with. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. The store manager, Matt Best, went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. Overall it was a stress free and enjoyable shopping experience, and we are thrilled with our purchase.

My shopping experience at Haverty's Furniture was very good. The sales representative, Anna, immediately greeted me and took me directly to the furniture of interest. She was able to show me several suitable chairs plus all of the needed details and color options and she helped me choose the best color fabric for my room. Ordering and return policies were clear and fair. The layout of the store furniture was easier to navigate than in other furniture stores I had previously visited.

We were greeted and welcomed at the door, and after a brief discussion with Dan (the salesperson) about what we were looking for, we were allowed to browse at our leisure. Dan was always available to answer questions, which he did quickly and easily. His knowledge made it easy for us to quickly determine what we were going to purchase. The purchase process was fast and easy. We appreciated Dan's honesty around supply chain and delivery timing issues which put us at ease and gave us a realistic timeline to anticipate. We also appreciated the clarity with which Dan explained the product protection plan available to us. We usually do not buy these, but in this case we will likely add this plan to our purchase. All told, a very pleasant, no stress experience - which makes shopping fun!

Dan was super helpful in helping me find furniture to fit my new apartment. He was kind and took time to answer my questions. I like this place because you don't feel pressured to buy in fact they want to make sure that you have what you want before you buy.

We had not planned to make this large a purchase. Our last Havertys' purchase was in 2020 However, we had such a great experience with Niala and the gal who processed our order, we'll be back in 3 or 4 months to get a sofa. Thanks!
