They are super nice but I don't like the hours. They close at 5 Monday- Friday. I get off at 5. I went by Saturday @9 :30 and was closed 😫

I opened a CD account and was required to open a checking account. I asked if there were fees associated with the account and they said no. They said they would give me some checks with the account. They never did. Now they have charged me $3 for not using the account. I complained but this bank is inflexible and intractable, totally unresponsive to customer complaints. I'll be closing all accounts with them when the CD matures.
