We LOVE BBB septic. During an emergency caused by a lie that could’ve ended in catastrophe, Dave and his crew were there for my family 100%. This kind is a rare breed anymore. Now I know why everyone we know in NWA recommends them. I can’t thank bbb enough.

BBB came out and cleaned my septic tank. Nothing to get excited about but they did a great job, they were on time, fast and clean. The worker (didn’t get his name) also helped my to understand how my septic field worked. I had been looking for my diversion valve for some time but he looked at my drawings and explained that I was good if I couldn’t find it. Thank you for your knowledge.

Our experience with B.B.B. was great! They were kind over the phone (despite me not knowing anything about my septic tank). They arrived at the beginning of the time window they specified and were quick and courteous. Definitely recommend!

I had BBB come out to pump my septic. We had recently purchased the home and didn’t know where the septic was so they had to dig. They reported they had bad news. My septic was collapsed and needed replaced involving an excavator and tearing out walls, trees, rock paths and bushes in order to get the excavator back there. The quote they gave me was nearly $20,000 for a new installation, not including the landscaping repair (which my guess would be another $20k). After a lot of lost sleep and stress, I decided to shop around. Another company questioned how I knew my septic was collapsed as the laterals and pump didn’t appear very old. They suggested I call a company with camera capability. Long story short, that company repaired my pump, located my tank (which was plastic not metal and NOT collapsed) and $1300 later I had a new pump and a pumped septic. Thanks BBB for many months of stress and misinformation…for nothing.

The customer service of this company leaves something to desired. When calling for the first time I talked to a very rude individual named Rachel Weldon who was less then helpful and due to her poor customer service our business was taken somewhere else.
