Cheery atmosphere with unique coffee.

For this review I ordered a 20 oz dirty chai latte.

The atmosphere is like the coffee shops of the west coast, clean with local decor mixed with an industrial rustic feel. These are not found easily in Indiana. There was a large amount of baked goods even at midday. The two staff working were pleasant, not over welcoming but not avoiding me altogether either. They gave a good smile.

There were multiple customers who felt comfortable to stay as there were multiple areas to sit. There were no private seating areas.

The chai was very unique. I've never had a chai with the same flavor as theirs. Definitely worth tasting. It was pricey though at almost $8 and only had one shot Expresso compared to most coffee shops which give two for a 20 oz dirty chai.

Last note, the parking is limited and I do not believe they have a drive thru.

Overall, a diamond in the rough. What a find in the middle of Indiana!

We always love stopping here at the coffee is expertly crafted and delicious. They have a good selection of muffins and other treats.

Some of the best coffee you'll find anywhere. You're missing out if you don't try this place. Hands down my absolute favorite place to get coffee.

Nice new location of a local coffee shop that offers lunch specials and baked goods. I had the Hugh's Half Club on a really good cheesy bread with an iced mocha. My receipt mentioned rewards and I will check that out later. Restrooms are large and very clean and handicap friendly.

Excellent atmosphere, great service, and great product! Although, I wish they had Yellow Cup Coffee Roasters coffee instead of Utopian... it is soooo much better, and much more of a small business kind of fit than Utopian. But, still a great place to go!

Beautiful atmosphere. Coffees are incredible. Food is consistently delish! The Italian sandwich is my favorite. One visit, the owner brought out our sandwich and salads. Unfortunately Bluffton doesn't have good choices in restaurants. This is a safe bet.

I adore this place! The Hughs Carmella (I always get mine with an extra shot of espresso), is wonderful!! The baristas and owner are always so kind and friendly! They know my order now 😅 the treats that they have every day are of a wide variety and always delicious. The space is open and inviting, very modern and just a wonderful style! Thankful to have a coffee shop like this in our community!!

Best coffee shop in Bluffton,IN. Nice seating area, restrooms, and wonderful food and coffee. Sometimes they are a bit slow getting your order to you but it never stops me from going back!

Great place! Newly relocated, more and closer parking. Just be careful you don't get too comfortable inside and get a parking ticket. Very nice decor. Nice growing green plants on tables and corners. Needs more plants though. (I like plants).

Clean, modern, non-cluttered interior. There end of Oct 2020. Staff wear masks but only about a third to a half people through door wear them. No plexiglass dividers anywhere. They take credit cards. Friendly welcoming staff. Unlimited house coffee refills for around $2.45+tip. Good coffee. Can't vouch for food.

Update 6/25/2021

Ordered breakfast croissant. If there was options for condiments like mustard or mayo, it wasn't mentioned. By default, no condiments were on it. The bread was not toasted and maybe a tad stale. The cheese was not melted on the egg, ham, cheese sandwich. This is fine if that's what you like. But they didn't ask (like Subway) if you want it toasted or warmed up. It was a nice touch to add some bits of fruit to the ceramic serving plate.

The atmosphere is nice to sit and work on a computer. It's been a bit warm for me for a place to sit and drink hot coffee but not too bad.

Hugh's is so inviting. The atmosphere is great, the food is WONDERFUL, the staff are so pleasant, and the java choices are exceptional. I absolutely love this local coffee house and would absolutely recommend it to anybody for coffee, tea, lunch, smoothies - whatever your fancy!

In town for a show and needed some coffee. We are so happy we choose Hugh’s!!! Wife got the Nutty Amaretto and I got the Marshmallow Kiss. Amazing... but the Heath Brownie heated up changed my life. Wow. Wife got the raspberry cream cheese muffin. Heated up it was also just amazing. GO HERE. The staff is also super friendly and helpful.

Hugh’s has the best soups in the county! Their customer service is awesome and they always make your day. They have plenty of super yummy baked goods to choose from, with plenty new additions everyday! The best part is the new flavor combinations every season, they are festive and so delicious! I LOVE Hugh’s!

Loved the at home feel. Coffee was very good, as well as the baked goods. My husband had a quiche, he said it was really good. I had the apple turnover. We can't wait to come back for more.

Hands down best caramel cinnamon rolls! The staff here is so freindly and the coffee is great. There are so mank drink options and delicious food. Perfect for a quick morning cuppa or a Saturday brunch.
