The Crumpet Tea Room & Restaurant

The staff are very inviting and personable. The food is high quality. The tea options are amazing! If you are not sure what kind of tea to choose they will help you with great suggestions. I highly recommend trying this cute tea room for a nice lunch and afternoon cuppa. They also host parties and serve a more traditional high tea when you call in advance. I saw a group having high tea and it looked fabulous.

Amazing place! The food is very good and the choice of tea is fantastic. My mother and I go after having massages on a Saturday morning. Very relaxing environment. Love to sit on the patio and watch the birds on the lake. The quiche is fabulous and make sure you get a sweet roll!! If they have extra, I always take some home. The white chocolate raspberry scones are also top notch!

Today, I ordered food through Waitr from the Crumpet Tea Room. And while I was absolutely appalled by the service I received from WAITR today (waiting over 2 hours for my food and knowing it was ready for almost an hour before someone picked it up, then another 45 minutes before I got it), it was still yummy. This was my first time being able to eat there. I had been wanting to for some time but never had the opportunity to.

The soup I got was cold, but it was still very good. It wasn’t too tangy, but it also wasn’t bland. It was very creamy and I was pleased. I also ordered the Strawberry Salad w/ added cucumber and extra poppy seed dressing. Even though it was no longer fresh, it still tasted phenomenal. The chicken was dry because waitr had taken their sweet time, but the seasoning was great, not too much, but not too little. I could tell the strawberries were fresh when the salad was made…and frankly…I just want to take home a gallon of that poppy seed dressing. It was SOOOOOOO yummy! And those Orange Rolls…TO DIE FOR. I have a feeling they would have been even better warm…BUT even cold, they are perfect.

All in all, while I was severely disappointed that the food was not fresh and took so long to get here, I still loved the food. You can tell they took great care in preparing it and really care about their customers. I would 100% recommend this place to a friend! And I do plan on coming to the brick and mortar building very soon to enjoy it fresh from the kitchen! I also plan on bringing my daughter here when she is old enough to enjoy it! I have definitely found my favorite restaurant. Thanks Crumpet Tea Room! 5 Stars for you!

The Crumpet Tea Room has been around since I was a kid. I have fond memories of having a dress up birthday tea party there once. Now as an adult, I enjoy their baked potatoes, stroganoff, chicken salad and OF COURSE orange rolls! It’s also a good place to find a lovely tea pot and interesting flavor of tea for a gift!

Delicious food and lovely people! I've grown up going to the Crumpet Tea Room with my grandma & mom and now taking my daughter there! You know it's a great place if four generations of women go there!!

Amazing place for soup, sandwiches, and a spot of tea. They are only open for lunch and usually get busy but if you call a day ahead for a full Afternoon Tea it is an incredible experience. Love coming here.

This place is great! The service is always good, everyone is helpful and pleasant. The orange rolls are absolutely delicious!

I love the Crumpet tea room. It's quiet, has a lot to choose from. I personally like the bacon baked potato and cinnamon rolls.

The orange rolls🥰. The quiche is fabulous. I love my meals there. Also I was able to get a jar of local honey which I was needing.
