KO Storage is a wonderful business, I have held storage facility units with them for several years. They are always quick to respond to your customer service, and go above and beyond to make your experience a good one with their facility. I would highly recommend them for anybody needing storage in the northwest Arkansas area.

My wife and I have been renting a unit at AFFORDABLE for approximately 4 months now and couldn't be happier. It's a very clean, new facility and it's a safe facility. Also, it's in a nice, convenient part of town. Debi is wonderful and takes very good care of us and our needs. Super friendly, helpful lady. After 3 months of renting we decided we needed a larger unit. Debi made our move to the new unit quick, pleasant and hassle free. The owner of this facility knows how to run a quality business. We definitely recommend renting here!!

Recently sold to KO , I've had the same 2 units for over 3 years at Affordable Storage of Centerton. I'm still a fan, as the staff is very friendly, it
is clean and secure. My only negative comment is that while I had hoped they'd make it 24hr accessible, they actually shortened it by 2hrs a day.....

Grounds are nice, Security gate, well kept, and the other renters i encountered were pleasant and helpful. Very nice from those aspects! One nice feature is you're required to enter a code both entering and exiting so that is an added security feature.

There was some perceived issues with the space, but the owner was willing to accommodate me in various ways. So if you're having an issue give them a call.

Best prices in the area. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Let me start by stating that every experience I've had dealing with the call center has been helpful and had issue resolution.
I recently changed from having 2 units and a parking space down to just the 2 units. I then noticed on their website that they had 1 unit which would serve my purposes better. I called the # on the website and Sam was my Rockstar of the day! If he didn't know an answer to my questions, he got them! He explained everything the process of transferring incurred and just made it a very pleasant experience! Thanks Sam!! 🤙Rock on!

Gene and his staff at Affordable Storage are amazing! Their customer service and attention to detail of things is great! The unit we rented was clean, sealed, and ready to move our stuff into. So glad we decided to go with this company. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a storage unit.

We researched reviews for multiple rental storage units in Bentonville, Centerton and Rogers area before we decided on Affordable Storage. Our research paid off; Affordable Storage was the best choice we could have made. The staff worked with us to secure a last-minute unit and an open storage space and continued to work with us for the following months to secure units as our storage need changed. We continue to use Affordable Storage, the property is well maintained, units and open parking spaces are always very clean, and the office staff and owner will go out of their way to ensure your needs are met. We've been renting for 2 year and the customer service had been top notch. Debi is a gem , if there's ever a problem, like with the weather not long ago, they are on top of it and make sure you are kept up to speed as well. Always keep clean and tidy. Business can be conducted online so you don't have to run all over town! I LIKE that!
