Really impressed this morning with Juanita & husband.
I contacted them 2 weeks ago, to tell them about the monster weed, that turned into a tree, that was growing on their property.. Now, it was coming over on my property, over fence, approaching my roof very fast. They came out this morning.

It's gone!

Juanita apologized to me. She thought it already had been taken care of. She was distgustedi that it went on that long.

I cannot say enough good things about NWA Reality! Juanita and her team have been so amazing to my daughter and I for the last 4 years (working on 5)! I’ve never had a problem with a single thing. They have especially been so kind to all of us during this pandemic! When my heat went out, they had someone here within the hour to fix it; fridge went out, I got a new one; my daughter had emergency surgery and they called to ask about her and even worked out a payment since they knew I was missing work. Everyone is so friendly and attentive! I recommend them 1000%!!! Thanks for all you do NWA Reality!!! It means the world to this single mom!!!

Really great people to work with. The best in NWA. I wouldn't trust any other company unless you are buying a home. Juanita is reliable and respond very quickly. If I would rent again it would be with this company. The prices are reasonable and the areas and nice and quiet. The homes are nice as well.

NWA Realty Group are the best residential property management team I have worked with anywhere. They are responsive, on top of any issues involving tenants or the property itself, and are great tow work with. Vacancies and tenant screening handled with care, diligence, and speed. Cannot recommend highly enough.

By far the best and easiest realty office to deal with in NWA. I primarily worked with Lee Ann Stottle. Can't talk this wonderful agent up enough. She worked wonders for us. Office staff was also extremely cooperative. Would use again or highly recommend NWA Realty Group.

This is the best company I've ever rented from. They provide maintenence when needed and are understanding if extreme emergencies arise and will work with you.

They have been helpful and prompt every time I have needed there assistance, I put in a request for maintenance and had a guy there within hours who was friendly and professional.
