Went into food and drink facility to get receipt for gas...but I also bought a fresh, hot cheeseburger . The very friendly man at the counter was extremely helpful. I was very impressed.vthe store was well stocked, extremely clean...thanks !

Had an issue with giant rewards . Kim personally called giant and resolved the issue. She went above and beyond! She came out to the pump then and made sure next transaction was successful. Very pleased with this experience. Store was also very clean.

Always have a pleasant experience however today was particularly special thanks to an incredible employee KIM POTTER. Not only is she always and consistently kind and efficient but she made a random persons day by giving away her faith based picture she places at her register; "A joyful heart makes a cheerful face" PROVERBS 15:13. I expressed my gratitude toward her kindness to a stranger/customer but little does she know how much it completed my day. She is one of the greatest customer service associates I have ever encountered. Thank you Kim. ~ With Love ~

Always courteous, always greeted with a smile. Employees treat all guests equally and professionally with the same top notch service one comes to expect and admire. This particular Shell earned my business from day one when I first walked in the store.

Very nice and clean and friendly gas station compared to when it was dash in . I live in dover but when i come down to visit my kids i find myself stopping in for gas or a a drink and never have no problems all the staff there is very friendly and also have a good friend that works there and shes always on the run taking care of her customers and her duties . thanks for all you do there keep up the great service
