Checos Tacos

I been here twice and both times the food was amazing. I eat a lot of Mexican food, and this has to be the best authentic Mexican food truck around. We’ve had their asada burrito, asada and pastor torta, lengua tacos and their drinks. I’m glad their drinks aren’t made out of powder, but the actual fruit!

I wish I lived closer so I could come more often!

I have to say this place so far has one of the best tacos around. Torta was fantastic as well even though I smashed it. The asada tasted fresher than some other food trucks I have had. I will say they take a little bit longer so if you only got 30mim for lunch may be cutting it close. If you have the time this is definitely the place to go to! Prices are also very fair maybe slightly cheaper or about the same as other food trucks around.

They have delicious TACOS! 👌🏼Very well seasoned and they're salsas are 🙌🏽 You must stop and try this place. I had 2 barbacoa, 1 el pastor, 1 chorizo, 1 chicken. And my husband had all carnitas. Their horchata is pretty amazing too! Not much settles as the bottom of the drink like most places.

Went with work friends yesterday; the Tortas were phenomenal as always. The owners are super friendly, and the salsa Verde they serve with their tortas is the best I've had.

Delicious tacos. Quite Frankly the best I've had in this town. The burrito was also well stuffed and delicious. Worth going to Lowell for :)

If you can get to their food it is really good, i would give this a try if you are looking for something good

Do yourself a favor and try this truck! Everything we picked was authentic and made with love! The Al Pastor was great, but the Barbacoa I will crave! Got a quesadilla (AP) that was so so good. We'll be back!

I've been to all the other food trucks in the area. This place is the best! Family operated and the food is awesome every time. I can't recommend it enough. They deserve to be so much busier! They also do accept cash / card now

Absolutely fantastic! We tried 3 kinds of burritos and they were all soooo good! Our favourite had to be Barbacos. Really good sauce too! You gotta try it!

Amazing service, even better food. Only downside is there is no card accepted, but as long as you come prepared, this isnt an issue. Best chicken taco in town!

I don't know where to start the tacos were perfect the tortilla was soft but still enough thickness the size of the tacos really does not matter they are on the smaller scale but I promise you that once you BITE into that taco you are going to be beyond satisfied. Thee taste of the meat it's a good crisp texture in the sense that it is still soft but it still gives you that juicy goodness from the salsa if you decide to put it on your salsa sauces are just right they do got a kick so please be careful use at your own discretion absolutely AMAZING!! I recommend this taco stop to anybody I am from Texas so we are very analytical with our tacos and we always think we're the best but let me tell you something hands down checo's tacos did amazing!!!!! Friendly service and they have tables outside to sit and enjoy your meal.

Try the Cubana Torta. It's a gorgeous experience, legit the best Cuban I've ever had. The service is great and the food is fantastic. Make sure to stop by an atm before you go, because they are cash only.

I had the carnitas burrito and rice and beans. The burrito was massive. Everything was fresh, hot and the perfect amount of spice. Fantastic food and very friendly staff!!
