Couldn’t have found a better place! Super easy, responsive, unit was clean. We used them for about a year (we ended up moving) and canceling was super easy. Auto drafted my payments so I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Would definitely recommend Morning Star in Bentonville. Customer service was always great when needed. Thanks!

Friendly staff and easy to access storage. Very helpful in showing me around the units and great service including a truck for moving things locally free of charge for their customers.

Morningstar Storage is amazing and so easy to work with. They also have a box truck you can use for moving, and a dumpster for throwing away stuff. I will use them over and over again.

The manager was awesome. He was very very helpful, sweet, and kind. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for someplace to store their possessions, may it be a small or large amount
My daughter stored her things for
over a year and never had any problems. She never had any problems. She recommended Morningstar to me. My items have not arrived as yet but are due to arrive the the first week of October.

He is extremely professional, personable, and provides excellent customer service. His dedication in ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns be resolved in a positive manner is to be lauded. The place is always clean, well-maintained, and very safe. Morningstar is very fortunate to have such an outstanding manager and staff in one of the busiest storage units we've encountered.

I LOVE this storage facility! The employees are FANTASTIC and go above & beyond to make my job easy. They accept my deliveries, contact me when they have arrived and then put them away if I don't have time. Celia is especially helpful and always has a cheerful attitude. I have been using different storage facilities for more than 18 years and this is the best service & cleanest facility I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. FIVE STARS!!!!!

I really don't think I can say enough good things about this facility. I have used several storage facilities over the years and none of them has impressed me the way this one has. Every part of the process has been a breeze and they have been unbelievably accommodating. They even had some moving blankets they let me borrow because another customer had left them behind when they moved out. The staff at my last storage facility acted like I was crazy when I asked if I could leave my leftover bubble wrap since I didn't need it anymore and figured someone else could use it, so this was refreshing. Morningstar also offered me use of their moving van which was incredibly helpful since I only needed to move two pieces of furniture and was dreading having to rent a trailer for so little. Mary is so sweet and has been an absolute gem! Again, just can't say enough how impressed I am with this operation. Easiest five stars I've ever given.

Celia and her team and THEE most friendly, helpful, and warm people in the business. I have been packing and preparing for a BIG move these past two weeks and I've been in their office almost everyday! They always greet me with a smile, know me by name, and are willing to help with my packing needs EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in! I'm going to miss their stellar service when I move away, but hope that whoever reads this has the same wonderful experience I've had with Celia and her team!
