Last summer, we had put our house on the market, and needed to sell because of an upcoming job transfer. Schell was very honest, knowledgeable, friendly, patient, hardworking, professional, and seemed comfortable with any price point house, which we were happy, because we were selling our Beautiful Luxury Estate Home by the beach, for over $1M, so we needed someone who felt comfortable they would be able to sell at that higher price point. (As a higher price point is more challenging to sell in our area, since there are much less buyers.) Schell did a wonderful job! She knew the market, did lots of research, had other local realtors come by and see our house for potential clients, who also confirmed our house was priced well, including a professional local builder, who builds beautiful home communities in the area, and stated our house was priced well! Schell was, also, great with setting up showings, open houses, setting up photography, publicity, etc…Our house was even in a Luxury Magazine! (We were so honored to be chosen as one of the homes in our area for that prestigious publication!)

We had many interested buyers, in our house, and within 2 months, we had a full price offer and another offer over asking price! However, due to us finding out we no longer needed to move, as our job transfer was postponed due to COVID, we had to respectfully decline those offers, as we were no longer moving. (We were happy, however, as we love our home!)

I am a widow living by myself,selling my home was very stressful! I was hoping to lean on my realtor Joann Glussich, instead I was spoken to as if i was incompetent, irresponsible and just in the way! I had to calm her down,tell HER everything was ok! I was asked by her " what personally was she talking to?"When I had enough of this treatment I was told I could not have a different realtor "there was no others " I called her broker and was degraded even more! He asked if I wanted him to call Joann and tell her to "be nice to me".he explained She was from New Jersey and this is just the way she was!When is this exceptable?I seen Joann once and that is when I signed the contract.. closing was the buyer,his realtor and his lawyer. I sat alone!!! But I am positive Joann Glussich will be there for her commission!! Karma is a strange thing and Joann Glussich and her broker will get thiers.

Picking a Realtor is CRUCIAL because the Realtor holds basically your life in their hands, you are trusting the Realtor to be Ethical ,Professional and even more so capable of handling every aspect of your sale or purchase.In our case I am the mother my daughter is the buyer to which I walked through every step of the process with.I am at a loss for words on how to describe how HORRENDOUS this exciting time of purchasing a home fell straight to the floor because we decided to have Steve Gilbert fascilate our purchase.I was a business owner for 30 years before Retirement and dealing with Steve Gilbert as best as I can put it has without a doubt left me wondering FIRST how did he get a Real Estate License and even more so how did he keep it ? I was rendered to tears at times during frustrating and upsetting encountered calls with Steve that left me SPEECHLESS, how could a Real Estate Agent Professional that did not even find us our home treat a client so awful ! I have an ongoing illness and the stress trying to work with Steve has put my illness at PEAK.I had to listen to him go on and on about the Realtor representing the Seller's say he was a joke which he is a joke ! I will NEVER TEXT Steve I will NEVER call Steve I will NEVER talk to Steve.I recorded the last phone call with Steve where he threatened us that he would remediate the issue ONLY IF he didn't have several complaints lodged against him ...you know what Steve don't threaten us,well fix the issue that you created and I will contact the Del Attorney General along with the Regulators of Real Estate commissions, and every Agency that investigates unethical Realtors....the Broker knows of these issues and never said I'll step in and finish this closing...

They don't take ownership for their short comings. They must've been spoiled by the surge during covid.
I fully expect a call from a lead.
