As a low income family that usually lives paycheck to paycheck, especially during the pandemic, they have never failed to work with us. They take care of problems as soon as things happen, like when the landscaping company put a hole in our front window. They had a tech out to measure the glass the same day. They duplexes are nice and the neighborhood is quiet. I definitely recommend renting from them!

I think Jeff is a upstanding gentleman. He gave my husband and myself a thorough check on us. He does not rent to thieves or druggies. I absolutely love our apartment! He will work with you on any situation.

very good folks, Glenn is a good man that will work with you as much as possible, I've known Glenn and rented from him for over 15 yes off and on and Jeff as well and they care and I appreciated it thanks guys

If I could give a negative star review I would. Jeff doesn't care about the community. He KNOWS and rents out his property to druggies, thieves and thugs at the cost of the people who live near his property. YOU Jeff, should be ashamed of the way you do business!
