Went in because I didn’t get a haircut before I traveled. I came in and got right in the chair. Polite staff really made sure my hair was right and just I overall good experience.

Busy but the ladies had fun with all the clients (of all ages) made everyone feel welcome. My MVP was Jennifer we shared some laughs excellent hair cut never felt rushed or timid to mess anything up and she even liked my shoes. Overall the whole team of ladies gets 🖐🏻 stars from me!

Kelly did an amazing job. I got layer hair cut and it was beautiful. She's so friendly and great at listening of how I need the haircut. I went at 7.45 pm and she stayed up till 8.20 to cut my hair. She was so patient.

Staff is always super friendly. They listen to what you want and cut it like you want. Always a good experience. This is the only place I take my teen noys to get their cuts.

I like Brittany's cuts at the Bentonville "salon". You can watch sports if you didn't schedule or, just walk in if you did. Staff is cheerful and competent and do what you ask... a great experience!!!

I have been a client of Sports Clips since they opened in Northwest Arkansas over 10 years ago. (I also was at the Rogers location for several years before). It took a few stylists at first, but now I have one that knows my hair and does a fantastic job every time. She always fits me in in spite of my crazy travel schedule. Everyone that works there is a nice and friendly, you feel like you are at a favorite place. Prices are affordable, so tip your stylist well! They deserve it. There is a reservation system that takes precedence over the old way of simply calling in. I'm not a great fan of it, since you can only make an appointment on the day your stylist is working. There is no way to see what her schedule is without actually calling into the office. Other than that, I still love Kelly and ain't no one else touching my hair!

Sports Clips always does a fantastic job. Yes, they are a bit more than traditional barbers, but the customer satisfaction is superb and the reason for returning customers.

Love taking my son here. All the employees are very friendly. Never have been disappointed with anyone of them cutting his hair. This last visit, Heavyn was the one to cut his hair and she did an AMAZING job. My son was very pleased with her. We both were very impressed with her abilities. Great place!!

Just moved here from out of state and had one person cutting my hair the last 6 years. I was a bit concerned starting over but Sandra made me feel confident right away and gave me a great cut. Super friendly and I could tell right away she new her craft. All in all a very pleasant experience!

Chelsea did an amazing job with a basic haircut. She made it above and beyond. Spent the extra time to ensure no hair out of place and was cut/styled exactly as I requested. Will wait as needed next time to ensure I get Chelsea!

Fantastic customer service at this location (and in Rogers as well). Laura puts customers first and provided not only the exact haircut I requested, but also friendly and informative conversation. They don't push for extra product sales at all and pretty much just let you come in and customize your haircut the way you want it. The waiting lobby is large, with plenty of seats. The check-in desk is user-friendly and works really well. I would definitely recommend this location to others!
