Hilton Garden Inn Bentonville Rogers

Highly recommend staying here. Absolutely wonderful stay. Ethan at the front desk made me feel welcome from the start with exceptional customer service and speedy check in. Great advice for local activities too, and just all around exceptional customer service from the front desk.

Chef Kim in the kitchen came through big time. Did not expect to have such good food. Many of the items on her menu are made from scratch and it's a great restaraunt downstairs. Easy to access, clean, friendly and just all around a wonderful experience.

The Hilton is a really nice place. It is very clean, and the staff are personable, professional, and attentive to the needs of their customers. Great price for all they offer. They have a wonderful pool and exercise equipment.

Had an absolute amazing stay here with work, I work in the Film business so I stay at a lot of hotels. The staff and facility were 'amazing' really. Loved all the staff, Jeanie, Kimberly, Sonia, Charlotte, Ethan, Karyn, Brinkley, JC and Chris all the rest off the staff, cleaners and maintenance were great!

Thank you all, you really made the six weeks fly by...all the best and hope to be back soon!!!

Rooms were clean, comfortable, service as hospitable and the location was in a great spot in the midst of most of the town.

I have to say this first, all the staff I met are very welcoming , and helpful. They make my stay more enjoyable. They also have arranged it airport shuttle for me. The location of this hotel is very close to the airport. The rooms are okay. I think they are above average. A little bit old for the facility and the furniture in the room. It will be better if they have newer furniture. They do have a indoor pool, but I didn't use it because the bottom of the pool looks a bit dirty. They offer free breakfast option which are not bad. If you want better breakfast. They also offer pay options. They have coffee, hot water and tea in the lobby the whole day I believe.

Had a great stay. No issues. Good breakfast spread. I was in at ten out at 8am. I enjoy staying at hiltons as they have a good quality name.

Will stay here again if needed.

This is everything you expect from Hilton Garden Inn and I'm glad I stated there recently. And for dinner in the restaurant, the pork tacos might be the best I have EVER had!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about the Bentonville Hilton Gardens . From the Front Desk to excellent Housekeeping ladies our stay was perfect. When this Hotel posts “Pet Friendly” it truly is. This location is across the street from beautiful, serene walking trails, close to a great pet store with owner wash facilities, multiple places to eat, and what seemed like endless smiles from the Hotel staff. Great stay and highly recommended!

Great Hotel. The building is dated in the corridors, but the hotel does a great job in keeping the main amenities up-to-date. The rooms were good. The gym was adequate. My kids always enjoy the pools. We mainly use the app for everything, but it was clear that the staff was top-notch.

The property is becoming a bit older but it is clean and the staff at the front desk is wonderful! We had a fluke issue with a toilet and in less than 5 minutes the night manager brought keys to a new room to our door. The hotel is in a convenient location to many fun and hip areas in Bentonville as well as being next to a cool park with hiking trails. It sits just far enough off a couple of main highways to be convenient but it is so quiet that you feel like you are in the country!

Rooms and staff are amazing. The only issue was the road noise and helicopter from the hospital.

Amazing hotel!! How it’s a 3 star I don’t know? Very, very clean rooms and the staff was very friendly, I passed an employee named Maria in the hallway and said hello, she had a great, friendly attitude. She was from house keeping and asked if there was anything we needed to make our stay more comfortable. Very nice to know she cared! And the food!! For buffet style breakfast the food was good and a great variety. My family and I were having construction done at our nearby home, and it was a major inconvenience and very stressful on us and our young daughter. Try staying focus on school and homework while not being able to stay at “home”. We were her for a bit so picked up a few names like Lacy the breakfast chef, she too had an attitude that was geared towards ensuring we needed nothing. The staff here should be very proud of what they do! The small things they do everyday can truly affect people’s lives. At first we hated having been displaced from our home but quickly was able to let out a sigh of relief after being here just in the first day or two. Thank you all at the Garden inn, for helping us take our minds of such a frustrating time! ***** stars for you!!

We weren't in this hotel for very long so we didn't get to experience the kitchen and food services, the fitness center or the pool area.
Hotel seems a little outdated as far as the tub and toilet are very low to the floor. Otherwise, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Make sure to ask for more pillows. They only have 2 on the bed.
Ample parking and well lit. Felt safe checking in at 1 AM.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times for work trips and have had a great experience every time. The rooms are updated and always very clean. I’m always impressed by their incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I left my iPad in my room and they called me before I even realized I was gone. Their customer service is top tier.

So far so good, fairly clean indoors, rooms seem good. Pool has a weird color to the bottom but seems to be clean and smells fine. Idk. Overall it works for a nights rest.

This place has it all! I loved staying here. I woke up in the morning and had an omelette of my choice made for me, yogurt with granola and fruit and pancakes with anything else I wanted from the food bar. The chef or cook made an amazing omelette and the wait staff was amazing as well. I wish I would’ve taken photos because this place was amazingly clean and up to date. Spectacular job to those who run this establishment. Thank you for making my stay amazing and comfortable. Definitely 5 stars!

First off this is a nice hotel, the staff is super nice and very helpful. The bartender, Katie, was an absolute pleasure to be around. The bar was clean and her Martini was absolutely delectable! She was a great conversationalist and made our visit very nice. Hopefully we will be back soon!

The rooms were clean and stylish (the pillows were soft and not too puffy). Staff was friendly, and it was a pleasant experience. The fitness center only had 2 treadmills, an elliptical, and a cable machine so if you want to stick to your usual fitness routine it might be difficult.

We stayed here a year ago and loved all the accommodations. The indoor pool, the clean nice rooms!!! The full hot breakfast is amazing. Anyway, they made the place better this year they totally redid the rooms making them very contemporary in design. Would definitely stay again!!!

My fiance and I had a wonderful stay here at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bentonville. The location was very easy to find and check in and check out were a breeze. Every staff member we interacted with during our stay was polite and helpful, and the room was phenomenal. Everything was clean, neat, and the beds were amazing. The hotel was conviently located, being just close enough to Crystal Bridges that it was a breeze for us to navigate there. Parking was honestly one of the best I've seen as far as hotels go. We were able to park right by the door closest to our room, making it easy for us to get to bed after a long night! Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Bentonville!
