I was a walk-in, that called on my way in they had a 1230 appointment open I got it. Once I arrived I got checked in and waited less than 10 minutes to be called back for a cut. My barber was Kristi and she did an amazing job. Showed her a picture and she nailed it. Better than that it was only 25 bucks for a cut and a beard trim. Most places in the area make you choose either pay your rent or squeeze a cut in. Was very satisfied with the service and the cleanliness of the cut. Will make this my permanent barber shop.

Great service, and Ray does an excellent job. They are usually busy so making an appointment ahead of time is best. My son and I have been getting haircuts here for almost 4 year. Solid service and awesome cut everytime

This is such a lovely place. My friend got a really bad haircut and beard trim at another place. We were desperate to find somwhwre to get it fixed. We walked in and the squeezed him in. Toni saved the day by fixing the bad cut/trim.

Just started going to Capps because Teneil who has been cutting my hair for a couple of years now started working there. Very nice atmosphere which is great, plus Teneil cuts my hair perfect everytime. If you are looking for a good place to go this is it. Make an appointment and get it done!

I had Hannah cut my hair and she was really awesome. Cut my hair fast but without taking away quality. Very happy with my experience here and will come back for Hannah!

Absolutely the best hair cut I have had in years. The shop is very clean and up to date. Every stylist and barber was friendly and you could tell they enjoyed their profession. Amanda took her time to ensure I was thrilled with my hair cut, unlike other places that seem to just rush to get done. I highly recommend you pamper yourself and get the Capps Special, hair cut, shampoo, steamed towel on your face, arm and hand massage, neck and shoulder rub, ending with stying your hair to head out the door looking good. You also cannot beat their prices for such great service. Well done Capps!!

I’ve been getting my haircut here for the past few years. Ray is the best barber I’ve had in the 18 years I’ve lived in Arkansas. It’s very easy to get or change an appointment, their prices are reasonable, and the shop is very clean. I have at least 4 friends who get their haircuts here as well.

I love everyone here. We see Alicia regularly and she is wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and they do a great job. Its super clean in there too which is something that I dont always see when I go to a salon and pay $200 to get my hair done. So I am so thankful my boys and get their haircut in a very clean space and I dont eve have to pay 100s of dollars.

Had one of the truly great customer experience of my life here today, no exaggeration. Went in to the new Centerton location for a haircut for my eight year old, expecting a wait. Got right in. The owner, his wife and kids were all working there today. All of them were super cheerful, even joyful. My kids hair looks like a million bucks. Spent extra time getting it just right and everyone was wonderful with my boy. Go here. Period.

I’ve never had a bad experience at either of Cappy’s locations. I usually go to the Centerton location and I trust any of them there to cut my hair and they all do an excellent job. I’ve gone to the Bentonville location once recently and Hannah was awesome! Can’t say enough as to how friendly the staff all are and how welcomed they make you feel every time I go there. 10/10 would recommend.

I live in Centerton so I usually go to that barber shop but they were booked up. Passed by the Bentonville one and decided to stop in, just my luck I grabbed their last slot of the day. Just like the other location you can expect great service and great prices. It doesn't have a loud atmosphere which I really like, I would say it's a grown up barber shop. The shop looks great as well very modern and the barbers make good conversation, not the standard chit chat you may encounter elsewhere. If the other location wasn't so close to my house I would make this my go to for sure, so if you're new to the area or looking for a go to this is your place.

The place is super clean all the time, very well organized! Covid concious people will appreciate this place! I highly recommend Ray he is my go too! Same quality haircut every time! Always get compliments at work and else where on my hair!

This place was recommended by a friend, who’s hair cut always looks sharp. My usual barber is down in Fayetteville, but I was in the area and needed a trim. Called to see if they accepted walk-ins, they do. Spoke with Monica, she was very helpful! She confirmed their location and put my name on the list. Was styled by Hannah who cut my hair perfectly! Nice fade 0-to finger length on the sides. Not sure what package I got, but the post cut hot towel, neck, arm, and back rub hit the spot! From waiting room to out the door was less than an hour. Price was on par for a spot on hair cut. Thanks CappyCapp!
