Jessica G and her team, Summer and Tristan, were absolutely fantastic! I traveled from out of state and they skillfully corrected the botched extensions from another salon. Despite not being scheduled for such an extensive fix, they wholeheartedly took on the challenge, staying well past closing to ensure perfection. Their dedication ensured I left looking and feeling my best. I'm so grateful for the exceptional hair care, service, and overall experience!

I’ve been in the area for almost 2 years and have been hesitant to get my hair cut anywhere due to previous negative experiences. I’m about 9 months postpartum so my physical appearance has taken a back burn but Jessica and her staff made me feel like I was gorgeous from the moment I walked in. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted and Jessica knew exactly what to do! I absolutely love it 😍 Definitely worth every penny! Thank you so so much ladies!! ❤

First off, always go off your own view of a place because everyone is so different. Everyone is built different. Sometimes no matter what you do , you can’t make anyone happy. That’s for the one lady that had a negative review. Thank you, because you are the reason I gave this great place a chance and also why The Hair Lab is now my salon of choice. I loved how Jess as an owner defended her work and establishment and how she tried her best to make it right. We all know what it takes to upkeep at home as well and use the right products verses swimming to whatever can affect the hard work a stylist has done.
I have searched for a hair home for some time. Going into The Hair Lab, it’s super professional for one, Summer is just amazing and the sweetest ray of sunshine first going in.
There is no going in with blinders in this establishment, Jess sits you down talks with you about your hair and what your goal is that you are wanting. She is very black and white in telling you what she can do verses the stages it may take to get you there, she also gives you the pricing upfront. She gives suggestions and I loved her energy and over all vibe: I was impressed with how much she cares about her brand and her business. The price if one complains is exactly what type of service you are getting. Top tier if you ask me. Jess is very hands on, her assistants are amazing and very personable. You can tell they are like family and care about one another and the job they do.

Jessica is amazing! She is the best hair stylist I’ve been to in 40 yrs. She is so creative, talented, caring, trustworthy, and has a passion for making people’s hair be the best it can. I was nervous when I went in for the first time 3 yrs ago, but what a true blessing for me finding her as my stylist. When you walk in the door you can feel her engery and her teams energy. I recently visited The Hair Lab and had the pleasure of being attended to by hairstylist Jessica G, the owner of the salon. From the moment I walked in, Jessica's team welcomed me with such warmth and kindness that I immediately felt like royalty in their care.

I had been struggling with getting the orange tones out of my hair, and Jessica worked her magic to finally achieve the look I desired. Her expertise and skill were truly remarkable, and I left the salon feeling incredibly satisfied with the results.

I also had the pleasure of Trystan assisting Jessica during my visit, and I must say that the neck massage he provided was the best I've ever had. It was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience that added an extra touch of luxury to my time at The Hair Lab.

Review for Hairstylist Sumer: From the time we discussed scheduling, Sumer provided me with nothing but outstanding service. She was perceptive and timely. I felt at home at The Hair Lab as soon as I sat down in the chair. When it came to our consultation before the service began, Sumer was very thorough. Throughout my experience, I received competent and considerate treatment. Despite my extensive salon experiences, this is the only one where I felt confident in. Every employee spoke with you as though they had known you for years. I'm really grateful to Sumer for giving me back my confidence. I have rescheduled with her and will keep doing so!

Jessica gave me one of the best haircuts ive ever had. The salon is clean and full of positive energy. Its obvious to anyone who goes in that Jessica knows her stuff and will take care of all your hair needs.

Go visit Sumer B! She did amazing on my hair and is a great aspiring stylist at this salon! She will take care of your needs, and you will not be disappointed! I will definitely be seeing her again in the future!

I walked into The Hair Lab as a brand new client, with an awful color, a haphazard unleveled haircut, and probably a level of PTSD that a previous local salon had left me with a couple months earlier-so needless to say I was initially apprehensive. However, that was quickly changed when I met with Jessica G and upon our consult, I felt her passion for the art and profound professionalism. I showed her my “dream hair”, and with the state my hair was currently in (horrible, muddily copper), I was respectfully met with honest goals and was provided with realistic expectations-which I truly appreciated. She made me feel confident in what she envisioned for my hair journey.

Throughout my appointment, I watched as Jessica G managed to seamlessly handle multiple clients, train her team, all while being extremely present, responsive, and bubbly. I always felt like I was a priority, and she was so invested in my hair transformation.

Sumer and Trystan are the talented stylists on her team, and I was very impressed with their skillsets while they assisted with coloring, curling, and washing my hair. They are obviously learning from the best!

All in all, I left out of there in happy tears. I immediately called my husband and gushed about how beautiful I felt. The end result truly surpassed even all of our hair expectation goals for that day! It feels so healthy, and was beautifully cut, and colored. I think I thanked them a dozen times and I hope they honestly understood the level of appreciation I felt.

I am so grateful to have taken that leap to put my hair in their hands, because I was able to find a lifelong salon that truly epitomizes what the salon experience should be. I will be a regular forever, and cannot recommend them enough!
