My computer was beyond repair. I needed to replace it and get one for specific needs so i wouldnt fry the operating system again. They were so helpful, going over and beyond to guide me in finding a good replacement.
When I have problems in the future I will definitely be going here for help. They're knowledgeable and thorough.

They were amazing. My external hard drive stopped connecting and they got all my data off the old one and on to a new drive. Quick and reasonably priced for a lvl 2 data recovery.

I own my own business and rely completely on a computer. I got the black screen of death in the middle of the day. I called Digital Mechanix who looked at it that same day and got it fixed! They stay open late enough I was able to pick it up which was a huge relief. Preston walked me through what happened and how to prevent it.

Had a gaming computer that we brought in to their rogers computer repair shop. It’s hard to find a good shop in Northwest Arkansas. They were prompt and had no issue answering their phones as well. Was happy with the service and pricing.

Garrett was so kind and helpful. My husband’s MacBook Pro had water spilled on it and it wasn’t turning on. I walked in and Garrett immediately started talking me through the process of what needed to be done. He was able to look at the motherboard and dry off all the water and probably actually saved us from a hazardous situation. He explained everything really well so that I (someone not well versed in IT) could understand. Highly recommend this place and team!

I took my son’s oculus to be fixed. The service was fantastic. I can’t recommend them enough. I was soo impressed with the service and knowledge. I will definitely use them for all my electronics in the future.

Preston fixed both my son's and my laptops quick. I was able to walk in with mine and he fixed it on the spot. Super nice, and their VR stuff is pretty cool if you haven't played before.

Very good experience with these folks. My Xbox Series X broke down and they fixed it up for a fraction of the cost to buy a new Xbox. Took a couple days for the part to come in but it was fixed when they promised. Really nice and professional staff. Thanks!!

I have had several positive encounters with Preston and the gentleman of Digital Mechanix. They are very skilled and their knowledge in their field is second to none. I highly recommend them if you are located in Rogers, Bentonville, Springdale, and Fayetteville areas. They provide great service and expertise at an affordably fair price. 10/10.

They helped me twice when I was running into issues with my pc. Preston, even came into the store to fix a wire on my pc that was loose and stayed late and waited for me to come get my pc so that I wouldn't have to wait until the next day to pick my pc up. These guys are amazing, with great prices. Will continue to trust them with my pc from now on.

This is an amazing small business! They worked fast and had my laptop fixed in under 24 hours! Amazing customer service too, Preston was very friendly and patient. Digital Mechanics also has some of the best pricing in the area, if I had gone to someone like geek squad I would’ve had to pay hundreds of dollars more. When I had an issue after getting my computer back, I was helped immediately with no additional cost.

Had the guys fix our children's Nintendo Switch's. There were some issues with scheduling, but they went above and beyond to make sure it was corrected. The owner reached out to me personally and was very professional. Haven't taken the kids to 6th dimension yet but the arcade looks great! It's on our list. I came in looking to buy some small computer parts (mounting risers and screws) and Garett found some spare ones they weren't using and just let me have them. Super friendly service, and they have a VR arcade attached to them, so I'm definitely going back.

I took my gaming PC in to get serviced and cleaned, and Preston did an amazing job. He completely cleaned my liquid cooling system and ran a full benchmark test on all of my hardware. I decided to get a new SSD installed since my current one was running slow, and they had a great deal on it. Preston was quick to get back to me, quick with the service, and even gave me a courtesy call the day after I picked up my PC. Highly recommend.
