Everything from pick up to drop off was a breeze. Very knowledgable staff and very well trained in customer service.

Tanner was fantastic! I had trailer reservation at a third party Uhual dealership and found out I had a wire issue. So I decided to visit the main store in Roger. He quickly identified the issue, fixed it, and helped me connected to a 5x8 trailer. Everything was done within 20 mins or so, and and I was able to move accross the state to TX before dawn! I couldn't thank him more!

Absolutely the most awesome folks. I have been coming here for 4 years. They always take care of me. Yea it’s a wait sometimes but always well worth it. Complaining about a wait time in today’s world. Is like punching yourself in the face. Not going to get you anywhere we need to be. Complain about people not working!! Staffing is an issue everywhere! Folks are always nice and courteous and I’m always glad to come here for my needs.

I recently rented a motorcycle trailer for one day.

The customer service representatives were prompt, professional, and made sure I understood everything as part of my rental agreement and we're very quick to help me get connected to the trailer.

I had wiring installed for my trailer hitch. They got it done very fast, the staff were friendly, and everything works perfectly!

Best U-Haul place around. Clean, friendly employees, honest and helpful. Sometimes the wait is a little long because it’s busy due to the fact most people know it’s the best one but it’s worth it. I’ve rented here 5-6 times now with zero issues.

Wow! Best customer service I’ve had ANYWHERE in a really long time. I Had the pleasure of working with Skylar and she was fantastic! Went above and beyond helping me get my truck and trailer set up and did it all while being extremely friendly and with a great attitude. Extreme pleased with my experience!

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help answer all of my questions no matter how annoying they may have been. That Skyler woman was the most professional representative I’ve ever worked with, and the fact that the service came from U-haul is mind blowing in itself. I cannot recommend this location enough!!!

We visited U-Haul Moving & Storage of Rogers on 3 occasions recently (June/July 2019) and on all 3 visits, we received excellent service from knowledgeable personnel. Over the years, we've rented U-Haul trucks on many occasions in various states. The service at this location is a notch above most of the other stores. Staff anticipated questions we hadn't asked or didn't think to ask to ensure nothing was overlooked. Probably the best stocked for the area. They were the only location with enough blankets for 17 pieces of furniture.

I had pre-ordered boxes to pick up at a later time. Unfortunately, they did not have a tv box that I had ordered. As disappointing as this was, the manager, Skylar, redeemed themselves with a discount on a trailer rental! Would do business with again!

Skyler was awesome. I need to rent a truck to move. She was very nice and helpful. Even tho she was the only there and lots of people waiting. She stay friendly and helped me with questions I had. I will definitely do business here again.

Amazing place!
This is one of the best Uhauls that I have ever been to 👍
The units are nice and organized.
They have both heated and climate controlled units for your more valuable or easily damaged items.
It is high security, with seperate alarms on each unit, and multiple call buttons that connect you with however is working in the building in the case of emergencies.
They have a new general manager who does her job with such passion and she makes you feel really welcomed. Skyler Zaage
She took us around the entire facility and explained everything we needed to know. Making sure that we got exactly what we wanted without any trouble.

Very friendly people. Will go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Skylar is very very professional and very dedicated to running a reputable establishment. These folk take their jobs very serious. By the way, be on the lookout for a gentleman named Curtis. Very much on his toes to help with a smile on his face.

Going here is so easy- this maybe was my 4th or 5th time. Skylar is absolutely the most helpful person in the universe. She needs to get a raise and be moved into sales or management. Thank you Skylar for the best experience. I’ll be back!

Marco did everything he could to accommodate my needs and make sure I was properly equipped. This location has cargo accessories such as ratchet straps and tow balls. I probably should have purchased what I needed from here, instead of the local parts store, but maybe I'm stubborn and like to pay extra.

I can’t speak to their rental or hitches, but you can’t beat their service for propane refills! Very quick service. Refill cost less than a tank exchange and you have a guaranteed full tank.

Excellent customer service both times I have dropped off trailers! Other U-Haul dealers could learn a lot from this location. Keep up the good work!!

Sklyer Z was a rockstar. I'm not sure how she managed it all, with a smile and a good attitude, but she did! Helpful and professional.
