Access Computer Care offers 5 star service. I contacted Paul yesterday afternoon regarding a wifi connection problem with my laptop. I dropped the laptop off this morning and picked it up this afternoon. Great communication with the findings, an estimate, and optional upgrade recommendations. The service and upgrade was reasonably priced and I definitely didn't expect that fast of service. As I left his office he commented "I hope you're pleased with the service and if not, come back." That's the way customer service should be! I highly recommend Access Computer Care.

Took a fairly new computer to Access Computer Care for work. Turned out the SSD drive had gone bad. He got me in the same day I called for service and had a new drive installed and ready the next day. Made sure I knew to access my Microsoft One drive before going through the expense of trying to have it recovered through other means. Price quoted was exactly what I paid. Very responsive, fast service, and a great value. It was an expensive machine purchased to run demanding programs - very content I can continue using it for the purpose I intended without replacing the entire unit. If I’m ever in a similar situation, I’ll run it by here first.

Paul was great! I had a desk top where I made the mistake of doing a windows refresh. That process was broken and I could no longer use my keyboard and mouse. Took it to Paul and by the next day, he had it working. And I didn't have to sell my car to pay for it! Very reasonable prices. Let him help you, you won't be sorry.

Had freezing issues, black screens and
S-L-O-W operating system when able to endure the time it took to get a workable screen, on an Acer E15 Laptop. Paul was the top rated provider in the search results at Access Computer Care, and how happy I was to have his expertise in my forever seeming and worse daily growing bout of glitches and issues! Appointment wasn't able to be kept right away so I called Paul back to let him know. Sensing my distress and urgency to get it looked at (Income Tax Prep documents were piling up for friends and family), Paul came from his office in Bentonville to Pea Ridge where I live to pick up the problem Acer! WOW! I was stunned that he would go to such lengths in service to his Clients.
He took it back to his shop, with expedient fashion and precision tests, the Laptop was completely diagnosed, reset, cleaned, replaced minor expense- but key parts with those more fitted to my usage requirements, refreshed with current system apps, updated programs AND kindly returned it back home- all on the same day! The Acer is now fast as swift moving river rapids, smooth operating without any lag and FAR better running than when it was purchased new!
I stress that the whole process from initial phone call to completion of Paul's amazing work, was surprisingly inexpensive and totally impressive!

Honest, terrific communicator, same day drop off both times I called (2 separate laptops in a 2 month timeframe), and amazingly quick turn around times. So glad we found you! Paul is not only smart but also fast at diagnosing most computer problems. His prices are way too low, but they are sure to go up once people realize how excellent his service is. If you have any computer software or hardware issue, Paul is certified and professional, and will have you back up and running in no time. Tell him David sent you.

Very honest, dependable, and made sure all my computer needs were met. I got hacked, and Paul was able to get my computer safe and secure. He gave me quick service and made sure my computer was safe from any more hackers. It was a huge relief. Very reasonable priced for the quality of work he does also.

2nd time I have had to use Paul for computer updates as I am not good with computers. He has upgraded my computer and made it better for me to use. It now runs faster with no freezing up. VERY responsive to help me and finish the job in a timely manner. Just as good as a new computer and less expensive.

I live in another State and Paul was able to "remotely" install Microsoft Office and create a cloud backup strategy for all of my data, photos and files. I dropped my computer off one morning and Paul kept me updated throughout the day and had my PC 100% complete the next day at a completely reasonable price.
