Love Dr. RANA he is very nice and he helps anyway he can . The staff are very friendly they treat you like family.

I have seen Dr. Rana for over ten years. I credit him with saving my life. He personally set up a test for me that led to life saving treatment. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a doctor who goes the extra mile for his patients!

Prompt to answer the phone and return calls very quickly. Appointments are normally very accommodating.

2.5 star rating. ..biggest complaint is the long wait and the long wait to get out almost 2 hrs per visit and hardly even do anything .

Called to make a new patient appointment and was told I need to fill out the full intake paperwork first, before they’ll even make an appointment. Odd, but makes a little sense. So I ask if the paperwork is online and it’s not. Red flag: barrier to access.

Took me two weeks to find the time to go get the paperwork, and when I do I see on their sign “Accepting new patients, walk-ins welcome”. So I could just walk in but if I want to make an appointment I have to fill out paperwork in-person first? That makes no sense.

I get inside and get the paperwork and the first thing on the “New Patient Paperwork” is “Hygiene: Please be NEAT, CLEAN, and SHOWERED for your appointment.” Another barrier to access. Sure, most healthy people can do this with no problem, but I don’t need a doctor if I’m healthy!

It’s possible that the medical care here is excellent, but this just really leaves an icky feeling in my mind. I would persist and fill out the paperwork and see them if they were the last doctor left in northwest Arkansas, but there are still lots of other doctors I can try.

Apparently it takes a whole $110 appointment to get a piece of paper signed so my daughter can go to Daycare. Thanks for that, from the mom that's already struggling. I can promise my kids won't be seeing this Dr again.

No office visits for now, which i understand, but the tele-visit? wow. They couldn't connect me on my new laptop, my new desktop or my new android. so they asked me some questions. My concern is my bill reflects a tele-visit for up to one hour with a doctor ($200+). Also on the bill was an annual wellness visit.. Which i did not ask for ($200+) i was asked to stop by and waited in the cold parking lot till a doctor came out with 3 referrals, i did lift my jeans above my sock to check for edema, i guess that qualify's as a check-up at Cornerstone in Alma. A total bill of over $500.00 for 3 referrals. Oh btw.. The receptionist entered half my last name as my address, my emergency contact info as half my last name, amazing the first referral appointment found me in the mail.If you call, you will get a message that the mailbox is full, billing is accessible though, they are happy to take your money I will NEVER GO BACK.

Not great unfriendly staff,dr rana is not what i would want for a doctor.
