The food is great but the service could use some help
.I'm getting really sick when I go into any fast food place and the kids working behind the counter have a face that plainly says I'm bothering them .they never smile never answer with respect never upsell or ask if there's anything else that I would like.. it's absolutely Pathetichow they actually get away with this .. and it's because the manager is the exact same way as the employees
. If they don't care then why should they

Wonderful people. Went here after church and the atmosphere is absolutely lovely. I don't normally eat out but made an exception for today. They work fast and precise. Henry took my order and was a very nice gentleman. Didn't complain when I asked to switch my bread like alot of other restaurants I've been to in the past. This is how a restaurant should flow. If management is messed up so will the whole team be as well. If the manager is in order, everything else will be in order.

Clean environment and fast service.! 10/10 would munch here again!

Never had a negative experience here. Will often go thru drive thru. Happened to go inside today. Crew members seemed friendly, Restaurant appeared clean.

Loved the gentleman who took our orders. Blueberry lemonade is a must! Short rib sandwhich was perfect! Will go back soon!

Went there last night about 8 pm. Food was HOT and dining area was VERY clean. Worker was wiping the soda machine down while we were there. That was impressive to me.

Every now and then I'll go to Arby's and get their Roasted turkey gyro. The gyro is always delicious and fresh. Staff is great!! I've never had any issues here. Great location!!!

GREAT customer service here! And it was an hour before close! My cashier Courtney (I know because of our receipt) was absolutely exceptional. Food was exactly what the pictures look like for once! Great staff. I must say the reason I am leaving this review is because I truly felt as if they went beyond the usual standards especially for fast food. Thanks for making my long 3 hour drive ahead of me a good one. Keep up the good work!

Staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh! Love their curly fries but their French fries (which most don't know they offer as an option) are very good too. The apple turnovers and the milkshakes are drool worthy

Best Arby's around! Food was fast, fresh, and excellent, and service was wonderful. They were having trouble with their card reader and were kind and still served me saying the problem was theirs. If I lived closer I would go back and get more and pay them double. Highly recommend this Arby's!

Its Arbys, they have the meat! I love their beef and cheddar sandwiches. Even if you have a line at drive through, service is always quick and you're eating good before you know it! Only gripe I have is a lackluster kids meal. We end up getting them the classics menu item instead.

i went in at night and the buffalo sliders were pretty dry, not very great service. Went in the next day and the afternoon crew was AWESOME , had my food before i got my change back. Friendly cashier. Food was good AF.

Service was fast, food warm, and the taste was delicious. Especially the Jamocan shake for $1, that has all others beat.

This is an exceptionally well run Arby's. The building and parking lot were clean and the workers were not smokers at least that I could tell. When the order taker is a smoker you have to step back from the counter to avoid the turn off.

Big Shout To Brandon At The Seaford Delaware Location He's Simply Amazing The true definition of a team player & customer service was the best that I've seen in all Of Delaware he was very pleasant friendly & accommodating this guy needs a huge raise I dont go to Arby's much but i will be returning to see his smiling face an awesome service I will be back.....Thank You Brandon

I went through the drive-thru. They were a little busy, but still pretty quick. Nice employees. Good food.

Each time I visit this location it is spot on! Service is absolutely amazing. The food is always beautiful in looks and taste. Highly recommend A++++

Why are the Pecan chicken sandwich being removed?. It is advertised as being back for the summer, summer is not over until Labor day!!!!!! Too good not to have it all year long. You want compete with other fast foods need to have something no one else has!!!!!
