Our 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, bought used in Little Rock, was due for a safety recall repair -- so I made an appointment with Josh at our local Hot Springs Jeep dealer for the fix-it, expecting their personnel to be at best neutral. Nope: the folks in service were extremely welcoming, friendly and professional, no waiting at all, they took my car at the appointed time, and fifty minutes later, I had my car back. No charge, still the same caring attitude.

Whenever the Jeep needs a service, I'll bring it to Riser. Good to know a dealership that cares for its hometown clientele the way the men and women at Riser Jeep do. Thanks, folks!

We are new to Hot Springs Village. Had a problem with our Jeep we just purchased from our dealer in Indiana. I always use a dealer for all service and I got online and easily made an appointment with Cathy Huddle, Service Advisor. She was so helpful and was willing to work with our dealer in Indiana to remove wheel locks that we did not have a wheel lock key for. When we arrived, I logged in for my appointment and Cathy was waiting for us. She escorted us to the Service waiting area and what a nice place to wait for your vehicle. Fresh coffee, drinks, snacks and popcorn. She kept us informed on what was happening with our Jeep and everyone in this dealership is helpful and friendly. They even saved 6 abandoned kittens and found a place for them while we were there. We can’t say enough about Cathy and the great job she did for us. We will be customers for life. Thank you Cathy.

It's been about 1 year since my purchase (Almost to the day). I wanted to let this dealership stand the test of time before posting my official review due to the circumstances surrounding my purchase. I'll start by saying that they took care of me from my first visit to my most recent. Regardless of whether it was due to a sense of duty or just plain unadulterated customer satisfaction; Riser Dodge has done right by me. I bought an Infiniti at the end of last January. My salesman was Jesse Venable (Give him a call if you want a car and he still works there). At the time I was ready for something new and had been eyeing this particular car for a little over a month before stopping by a time or two to check it out. The sales and negotiations process was easy and fair. They even agreed to my request for new tires, etc. etc. Went so far as to service the vehicle for a suspension part that caused some concern when they realized it was misbehaving prior to my taking delivery.

The following months were great, and I was enjoying my new car up to the first maintenance. I always use Riser Nissan because I drove an Altima prior to the Infiniti and trusted them down the road for all my maintenance needs. They refused to change the oil or otherwise service the car because the Oil plug was worn through on the composite oil pan and the entire pan effectively needed replacement (Something like ~$600 for parts and labor if I remember correctly) I took it right back to Riser Dodge and asked the serviceman on deck if that was something they would take care of since they did the previous service (Gentleman by the name of Jason Sinclair who had a great conversation with me about video games because I'm a nerd haha) and they agreed to take care of me at no cost to myself.

I'll level here; I doubt any dealership WANTS to eat that kind of cost for a car they sold, but to me there is honor in doing it anyways and that they did. I was provided a loaner while the repairs were being completed and took back my repaired vehicle shortly thereafter. I will note there was a time gap in when I reported the issue and when the repairs were made, but ultimately this is a very busy business with customers that have maintenance needs as well. I was not pushy about the when; As long as it was done. I'm pleased with the outcome.

If you want a vehicle from a dealership that is honorable by the vehicles they sell; Both used and new. In my experience this is the place. I want to thank the Riser Dodge team again for making that a great experience for me and again for honoring the sale and service to me in the way you did. It goes without saying that this location will be my first consideration for my next new vehicle. I will be looking for a truck in the coming years.
