Today I closed on my beautiful home in Milton, DE with the help of Barrows & Associates Monument Sotheby's - Coastal Division. Chris Carey was my real estate agent and she was absolutely superb, top notch expertise, great communication, empathetic, prompt with her follow through, assertive when necessary, thorough with research, and always took time to answer my questions. With any new life transition, it can be stressful, and I was in fantastic hands. I also want to acknowledge Joyce Linder, operations manager, who helped coordinate logistics, superb communication, and follow up, never hesitated to make sure all the loose ends were resolved. Her communication skills are excellent, and she returns calls always in a timely manner and answers emails almost immediately.
