The service was impeccable and Ms. Delilah Dover was excellent with her professionalism in that she addressed additional problems that I didn't even come in for. She even discussed going back to where I bought the car and talk about the issues that were found.

Terrific service friendly staff

The new management at the Crain Kia (of Conway) service department listened to me. It has been a long time needed. He reviewed the history of the work being done on the suspension of my Forte, recognized the run-a-round that was happening on my repair and made sure my car was fixed correctly and a fair price.

Don't go to the maintenance department for anything, paid 220$ for front end alignment which is just ridiculous. Then they failed to even correct the misalignment and some how made it noticably worse. I purchased my Forte from the Crain family with no problems but the service and part centers have underperformed time and time again. I do not recommend unless you have a complimentary service package.

In the past, I have given this place a good review. That's all I am going to say.

I purchased my car Saturday April 13th. Before purchasing, I was told the car needed a left strut. Then I was told they fixed the compressor. I took the car back last Thursday 4.25 because it was making a strange noise when going over 35 miles per hour. Fast forward to today, no one has called me. I’ve called them TWICE and have been told someone will get back to me. Today I was told there was a “bad tire” placed on it which has lead to suspension issues. Yall sold me a car with bad suspension?? How safe is that? My finance company will not move forward with the purchase until the car is fixed. I’m beginning to wonder if this is a sign for me to back out of it completely. The sales experience went OK, but now this has turned into a HORRIBLE experience. I just want the car that I JUST PURCHASED to be fixed. My advice to anyone would be to bring a mechanic with you when purchasing a vehicle from this place. I’m frustrated, but this is truly sad and bad for business.

After installing them .....and charged.....there sales reps lied about the vehicles we bought...said yes that's leather and it's vynle..... there garage porter asked if we had Mariana... a ND another time family member truck wouldn't start they said and charged us 1700 to chage ignition assembly. Truck broke down after they said it's fixed but was doing the same thing then they said to it's the starter for 1900 more.. we said no you already fixed it remember and charged us 1700 . So the replaced the starter for free.. hussle hassle and humiliating .. ...
