Best AT&T store to get things done for your phone . Never have to make an appointment just go there and get it done. Highly recommend.

Geoffrey was extremely helpful and kind! He went out of his way for us and did what none of the other AT&T stores were willing to do.

Victoria and Kevin? Were amazing. They spent over 2 hours helping me set up my new devices. They were extremely personable and easy to talk to. They made upgrading my phone simple and even helped me save money on my existing plan. This was the best experience I have ever had at a store!

Tyler and the entire crew at this AT&T location were beyond helpful in helping us facilitate changing my husband’s phone to my account. I want to say a big thank you to Kevin Glover for his terrific customer service. He took the time to explain my options and I never felt rushed or hurried to get done, which was quite a change from my previous service provider. All in all a great experience, Kevin took care of all my questions, did the technical work and I would highly recommend going to see him at AT&T.

Maria Phillips was very helpful, friendly, and explained everything well. Victoria Joseph was also eager to answer questions and lend a helping hand. I felt welcome and appreciated. I like great customer service, and the ENTIRE team provided just that. Highly recommend this location. No high-pressure sales jobs here, but you will find a caring team that listens and bends over backward to help.

Victoria was awesome!!! Not only did she cut my bill in HALF (a first for me) but she also upgraded and transferred my moms phone with ease. And she helped her use her new iPhone 11.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the service at this store. Austin and Tyler were more help than I was expecting. I have been having trouble finding the internet plan I needed. They found all I needed and did it with such good customer service. This will be my go to store for all my phone and internet needs from now on. Thank you so much Austin Hartline And Tyler Henderson. Maria was such a great help. She was personable, understanding, and overall GREAT. She is well versed and knowledgeable about information regarding cellular plans, types of phones, and etc. I would recommend her to any and all that walk in those AT&T doors. Phenomenal customer service throughout the whole store.

Victoria was extremely helpful and patient. Unfortunately these big companies make everything very difficult, so we didn’t fully solve the problem. But it wasn’t for her lack of trying. She was the only reason I didn’t completely cancel my service. I wish the rest of the company was that competent.

We went in to get help for a backup problem on one of our IPhones. Kevin helped us out & got us in & out within 20 minutes & also taught us a few things to help us in the future. He was AWESOME, he made us feel like a friend & not just a customer. Will definitely be back at this AT&T in the future for Kevin.
