Shout outs to Chris Barnhart who greeted us when we came in and helped us find what we wanted, Lawson who had special knowledge in helping me find the right shoes, and Haley who was very concerned about our customer experience and making sure we walked away happy! Great team work, EXCELLENT customer service!

Me and my wife were greeted almost as soon as we went in but we did have an employee not acknowledge us in the shoe department. Even after my wife made loud remarks about the customer service the employee just looked at her BUT I'm giving 5 stars due to the store manager handling it and getting us to a way better employee named Asa. Very knowledgeable on shoes and helped me out because I was stressed out trying to find shoes before we left for our vacation. Shout out to the store Manager and his employee Asa!

GREAT PLACE TO SHOP! I APPRECIATE ALL THE STAFF THAT HELPED FIND SIZES AND EVEN LOOKED IN THE BACK FOR A COUPLE OF ITEMS. CHRIS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND! WE WILL BE MAKING THIS PLACE OUR BACK TO SCHOOL SHOPPING PLACE EVERY YEAR!

I had been shopping earlier today & when I got home I realized the magnet was left on an item I purchased. Not a big deal at all, I like to chat, so I know I’m distracting. I called & customer service was awesome!! & when I walked into the store the man at the front escorted me to a cashier immediately & had them stop what they were doing to help me! The cashier was a sweet heart as well! I appreciate customer service like that, even if it isn’t a huge deal, they treated it as such!

Staff very helpful in finding what we were looking for in the shoe section. Greeted by a friendly face at the door and upon check out as well. Great selection of Brooks shoes.

Went in with a friend who needed a certain charger. Best Buy has every brand covered. I looked around while waiting. The store is clean and the people were very friendly and helpful. There's a "host" at the door to direct you where you need to go to find what your looking for. I find this very helpful to find what your looking for without having to wander the whole store looking. But obviously they have these huge signs hanging from the ceiling identifying each department.

They're amazing . I needed to pick up a pair of shoes for my boss so I called them to make sure they have the right size and brand and not only did they have them they put a pair up at the counter with my name on them so I could pick them up at my convenience. Good prices. Excellent employees and very clean store

Grabbed a nice backpack for day hikes at a fairly reasonable price. I think it was money well spent. Walked in the door and the staff directed me to where I needed to go.

They have good quality merchandise and good prices plus good Under Armor stuff

I was privileged to have Brandon H. help me. Although they were busy, he was kind enough to put new grips on my golf clubs pretty close to closing time. Great customer service.

The store always has a good selection of items and they are always running some kind of deal. Well kept and friendly associates.

I was greeted at the door by fella that was very very nice he has asked me if he could help me and told me where to find the shoes I was looking for and who to talk to. very nice guy and the guy in the shoe department it was a really helpful glad to get me anything I needed he was a really nice guy I had a great visit there today.im sorry I don't remember their names..

The 2 associates I dealt with were great, check out girl and a guy in shoes!! Sorry I don't know names but it was 4/30/19 @ around 330.
