Woodland Oaks

My experience at woodland oaks has been the best living experience I've had at any apartments that I have stayed at. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. Management is super friendly, understanding, and optimistic. On top of this they're very dog friendly and my dog loves the environment on our walks or going to the appartement dog park! Although I did not want to leave, I moved out only because of personal issues with deciding who I would be living with. Despite this, I missed the comfortable environment and well kept apartments at woodland oaks too much and I decided i needed to move back. I'm a lot happier at these appointments and so is my dog!

Woodland Oaks is a great community, very pet friendly and has a very responsive maintenance team!

We loved living here! The management staff were always super nice and maintenance very helpful! It’s a very family and pet friendly apartment complex. They’re also on the cheaper side compared to many apartments in Conway, but that didn’t affect the quality of our apartment. It had been completely redone when we moved in. New counters, new appliances, new carpets, paint, everything was clean as it could be! If you’re looking in Conway, I would definitely recommend Woodland Oaks!

I love these apartments! They are very kid friendly! The managers are always very nice. The residents are quiet most of the time. The summer time here is always my favorite! The pool is always kept up, I have personally seen the managers walk around or even drive around and clean up, and they have always been very polite and respectful! I recommend Woodland Oaks to all of my family and friends in the Conway area!

I lived here for a little over a year, and moved to be closer to work. I have never lived in an apartment complex where they make it THIS easy to have a dog. There are designated dog walk areas, waste bins and bags provided, and they even recently added a dog park area. The people were amazingly friendly, and quick to respond to any maintenance concern. The grounds are well kept. The website made it absurdly easy to pay rent and see what was going on in the community. As I told them when I gave notice, I wish they had a property in the town where I work.

I had owned my own place for 7 years before moving to Arkansas for a new job, and I had been nervous about going back to renting. Woodland Oaks ended up being the best apartment community that I had ever lived in. Definitely worth living here, especially if you have a dog!

I've lived here over a year now. Going on 2 years. I'd have to say, I've never enjoyed an apartment complex before, but the staff here makes it so much easier to adjust to. Mary, Nicole, Derek, and Johnny are always welcoming whenever you see them anywhere on the property. The apartments are nice and cozy, and they don't have carpet all the way through(which is a huge plus). I never have any issues with noise or anything. I'd definitely recommend this property. The only suggestion I would like to make would be to give assigned parking or expand the parking lot. Other than that, all of the other upgrades and improvements are looking good, and I definitely appreciate the hard work you guys are doing to improve the appearance and quality of the property.

I've been a few times and have walked around and seen a few of the different apartments! They are very clean and have wonderful spacing. If I was willing to move to Conway these would be my first apartments of choice. The ladies at the front desk are more than welcoming. All these people talk about "mold" must be blowing smoke because every apartment I've been in it's been more than clean. I love it! And it's such a kid friendly place that is also one of the reasons it's my top choice.

Love this place. The amenities are great. Love the gym, pool, and the kids love the play ground and the huge front yard area, it's great for the kids to play football games. The staff are wonderful and informative. The location is excellent. Close to a great school and shopping. The price is great too. The apartments are very spacious. Love the wood floors and size of the bedrooms. Having three kids it's perfect. Thank you Mrs. Mary and staff for making me feel so welcome.

Honestly the best apartment I have ever lived in. Very few maintenance issues, but when something happens they are there in just a few hours. Friendly and very helpful staff. The grounds are beautiful and pet and kid friendly. You get way more than what you pay for here.

Best maintenance people of any apartment i've ever lived at.

I moved here in July last year, Ms. Nicole was very friendly and always had a smile, she answered questions, and got our paperwork filled out quickly in a professional manner. Then when she showed us the apartment and I fell in love with the flooring. The apartment complex is clean and quiet. Ms. Nicole works hard to keep it that way. I really haven't had to have anything repaired except my refrigerator, they just brought me a new one, very prompt and professional. I enjoy living here very much. I appreciate all Nicole and the team does for us. Thank you guys!!

I just don't understand how these apartments have ANY bad reviews. Maybe they weren't always like they are now but I've lived here for 3+ months and I am absolutely thrilled. We drove through several apartment complexes when we 1st came to Conway and to me, woodland Oaks was the obvious choice. My apartment is so nice and the staff is amazing.I really haven't had anything major to call maintenance over but they did come tighten a screw in the fan for me. They are friendly and service was prompt. I will definitely be renewing my lease. As for some of the reviews claiming bugs and mold, 3 months later and I have seen neither. I suppose scorned people will say anything to cause a problem though.

I lived at woodland oaks for about 9 months. It was a great experience. Anytime We had a problem maintenance would always be quick to fix it. I think its a great apartment choice for those first time renters and its a few minutes away from UCA and stores are right down the street. The only problem I could see was the parking situation. I worked till late and there would be days I would park two buildings away from mine. I didn't really mind, but I do think its its something that needs to be worked on.

If you're looking for easy access to I-40, shopping and the colleges, this is the place for you. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that you'd never know was here. Super pet friendly and nice grounds for walking your pets. In the three years we've been here there have been continuing improvements, new windows and blinds expanded parking and outside lighting to name a few. Our hot water heater went out, we had a brand new one installed in under an hour ! Maintenance is always on par. Thanks Derek and Dennis. Mary and Nikole are always professional and care about their residents. Well maintained, good value and excellent community. Suggestion : Fenced dog park :)

I have lived here going on five years. I don't understand the roach problem I am reading on here I haven't seen any except for when new people move in.. my only issue right now is I have been waiting for a handicap parking spot for over 6 months. There was one put in and the kids stole it and carried into the woods. I am still waiting for a pole to come in according to maintenance and management but does it really take 6 months for a pole I mean please can't you go to home Depot. I have had 3 back surgeries and I have to walk from the other side of the parking lot to get my apartment. I love Nicole and Mary but the handicap sign and parking are really getting to me Thank you for replacing my handicap sign.
