I took my pants to get altered on Wednesday before Thanksgivings and Thursday morning I realized on I left all my cash in my pants. Friday morning I went in and she had my cash in an envelope for me with my ticket attached to it… They are a HONEST operation!

Moon cleaners have been my cleaners for over 12 years and I have had outstanding service! Their service is friendly and timely!

Had alterations done on a dress and a pair of trousers. Thought they were a little pricey but very nice work.

Sometimes good, sometimes not.
Took 2 curtains in to shorten, mentioning I wanted the weights kept, she said " ya ya ya". I should have looked before I left but no weights. Pressed nicely but no weights like my others. For $12 each I expect weights.

I gave them a quilt to be dry cleaned, I identified that there were blood stains on the quilt 25 dollars later , I picked up the quilt which was in a plastic bag on a hanger, but the stain was not removed. I gave them back tge quilt and they said they would try again . I then returned to pick up the quilt and they gave it back to me the same way I gave to them , folded. It was not on a hanger or in plastic which tells me they did not attempt a second dry cleaning.
I will never go back !!!!!!

First time using. Brought a new jacket to be cleaned. Picked up and decorative button missing!! Woman behind counter said they will try to replace it and I should come back in a few days. I will see what happens but I will also find a new dry cleaner!!

Extremely expensive $25.00 for a dress and 10.00 for a pair of men's pants. I should have known better than to go back took a gown in to be hemmed I told the women several times you cannot cut this dress ya ya ya just fold up and put a loose stich when I picked it up she had cut the dress . I was so upset I had to call my niece and tell her. Learned my lesson.

3/13/23… they overcharged us $20 by mistake on cleaning a bedspread… So they gave us a hand written credit for $20 for the next time that we brought something in… well today I brought in for shirts… The price was $21 and change… I handed the man the $20 credit that his wife wrote… He said he wouldn’t except it because it was not in the computer I explain to him I have a hand written receipt for $20 credit… He refused to accept it… A very bad experience… Will not be back… And hopefully you will not

I just called to get the price of dry cleaning a comforter. She answered the phone, "Hello?" as if it wasn't supposed to have rung. I asked her the question of how much it would cost. Silence, and then she hung up on me. Okay, bye!

Overpriced, crumpled dry cleaning, dirty cloths. Do you make mistakes every time? I'll go somewhere else.
