Dr. Malek and the entire staff are very personable, sweet, and real. There is no excessive fluff when you go here, you are getting what you need and the quality you need it in. You don’t have to worry about them being concerned with the “business”, as they are solely focused on care and excellence. Dr. Malek has an extensive discussion with you before you venture into a procedure, talking about the realities of what to expect, how it will be done, what you may or may not need, and he listens to you. Everyone there has a wonderful sense of personality and even more wonderful care. This is where you go for quality over quantity. My face is looking fabulous!

Everyone in the office truly cares about you. I am so blessed to have Dr. Malek's help. He loves his patients and does beautiful work. Taryn is the best esthetician I have ever worked with. Very compassionate about her clients. You cannot go wrong with anyone in the office. Chris at the front desk is delightful. Such a great team.

From the moment you enter the Surgery Center you are treated professionally and feel very welcome. Chris, at the front desk, was pleasant, he was very helpful with purchasing products. The Center is very clean! Ashley Budd was the technician who did my Plasma treatment. She is amazing and excellent at performing this treatment. She is knowledgeable and takes her time. I would recommend the Surgery Center!

I've been thrilled with Taryn's treatments. She thinks about skin long term and has helped me get my skin in the best shape it has been in since i was a kid. She is systematic in introducing new products and is so knowledgeable about ingredients, potential side effects, etc. I feel like I am in the best hands with her. All of the staff that I have interacted with is incredibly kind and very informed.

I had my lips filled at a spa (this spa has nothing to do with Centre for Cosmetic Surgery) and I was not at all happy with the service nor the results.
I've been thinking of getting a facelift and had a consultation set up with the doctor at The Centre for Cosmetic Surgery.
While discussing my options with the doctor and his assistant, my lips came up and I asked the doctor if he could fix them.
And he could.
His price was not much more than what I had paid at the spa and he's a licensed plastic surgeon. First and foremost, I was impressed with that.
And I very highly recommend getting your lips filled by a doctor instead of at a spa because the results were dramatically different as was the procedure as well as the professionalism and the time and care that was given to me for this unplanned and on the spot service.
My lips looks soooo good now. I am so very happy with the results.
Everyone at the Centre was very friendly and professional.
I will be going back to get a facelift at this business.

The staff at The Center for Cosmetic Surgery & Medicine are courteous, friendly, and always available to help their patients/clients. Taryn is one of the best estheticians in the area and listens to her clients needs. Christopher is a pleasure to work with when scheduling appointments and checking out.

I truly cannot say enough good things.. I went to another PS office in the area prior to finding Dr. Sarik and the difference in the entire atmosphere is outstanding. From the staff to the doctor himself, I feel like I’m in the best hands I could be in.

The staff is very nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They know the answer to any question you throw at them which is a pleasant surprise considering the previous practice I went to. You can tell that all of the staff take pride in and love their job!

Dr. Sarik was a pleasure. He sat down and talked to me about anything/ everything regarding my BA and I never felt rushed- he helped me pick the perfect implant size, profile, etc. I asked him questions and got IN DEPTH replies and answers which was really reassuring. You can tell that he truly cares about making sure his patients are comfortable with their potential surgeries. I really appreciated the time he took to make sure that all of my questions were answered.

I know for a fact that I made the right decision coming to this practice & Dr. Sarik for my BA. I am excited that I found an amazing PS & someone I get to establish a relationship with for the next 20+ years when it comes to my “cosmetic” health :)

After years of failed treatments for my melasma I found Taryn, God sent ! thanks to her expertise my skin has improved so much. she offers good advice that makes alot of difference. her treatments absolutely work.
and to add to that her and Chris are professional , friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommended.

The staff is so welcoming. Chris is always there to assist you with everything you needs. Taryn is the best with facials, skin care needs and lasers! I would recommend Dr Malik and have to my family and friends.

I have been to the Lewes location a couple of times, mainly for Botox, and have always had a wonderful experience. Dr. Malek is always great but today I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Sarik and he administered my Botox. He was very informative and kind and was very gentle with the injections. Brea is always there helping and is also so kind, smart and helpful. The entire experience from start to finish with all staff members is always enjoyable and I would highly recommend both Dr. Malek and Dr. Sarik!

There's quite a selection - for body contouring, skin rejuvenation, and more. Both non-invasive and surgical. The staff is on-point with both years of experience and new technologies coming together for some really effective options. You never feel diminished - they see the beauty in you when you walk in - and help you reach your goals for what areas you want improved. I appreciate that as we all have our self-conscious areas that are hard to talk about.
