The Home Depot

It’s exactly as you would expect and although I prefer Lowe’s for some stuff and Home Depot for others, I would prefer that Lowe’s and Home Depot procreated to give us a Home Lowe’s or Lowe’s Depot and stop with the nonsense of Lowe’s not carrying Milwaukee products and Home Depot not having ProForm 5 minute Quick-set in big bags. Always a 5 star experience though especially at the pro desk. Keep on keeping on a Home Depot.

Went to Home Depot and decided to run into the carpet/tile area for a specific product. I needed help but there was nobody there to assist me. From a far distance, I then saw another Home Depot assistant. His name is Rick. I waved him over to help me. He walked up to me and quickly apologized that this was not his department but proceeded to make an announcement over the loud speaker for assistance. Minutes later I was miffed that an associate had arrived but elected to assist another customer. Rick saw that I was missed and then proceeded to help me locate my specific item in need. I would like to thank Rick for affording me some simple, down to earth punctilious customer service.

10/29- yesterday I was in hardware and Sean helped me with parts I needed for my compressor hose. Went home and still needed another part. Came back with my compressor and hose and Sean helped me again even though he was the only employee in hardware and he got many pages for customer service from other patrons. He was very knowledgeable and very courteous throughout. He really knows what customer service is all about. I appreciate you Sean for all the help yesterday😊

My wife and I had some insulation work to do and had questions on getting a machine to do the job . Melanie at the pro desk was friendly and very helpful so much that we had to put in a review. This was a easy and great experience at the Lewis De Home Depot

I ordered a carpet and dealt with Ceasar. He was great - super knowledgeable, really approachable, and got us hooked up with what we needed with ease.

Staff was very helpful. I found the products that I needed. The store was clean and organized.

I love how I ( paying customer) has a personal bodyguard ,provided by the store , to escort me through the entire store while still giving me a little distance. But meanwhile that guy’s need more in the tool aisle where Tony 2 stones is cutting locks 😂

Two weeks ago my husband and I were in your Lewes De store, and were very happy to find exactly what we were looking for!!! And to make things even better, we had THE most helpful folks to help us that day!! So shout-out to Eric, Patrice,Max, Brenda,and two other young men who helped us on our next trip back to get us what we needed!!! We don't remember their names but we remember their helpful and caring attitudes, and I commend you for having some helpful and patient people working for you!!!!

Joe and his manager Lindsay (I think that’s her name) treated me great the other night I showed up with a load of cinder block at 7pm and instead of them pushing me off and making me wait till the next morning to unload they went above what they needed to do and got me unloaded safely I really appreciate them and was able to make it home to sleep in my bed #owner/operator #smallbusinessowner #makedelawaretrashyagain

Found exactly what I came in for! Store is clean. Associates are very nice!

We went Rehoboth Beach DE store to buy a bowl set. It was late in the afternoon before they close. We looked for someone to help us. Nobody approached to help but Steve. Although it was not his department, he helped us to find the product which was not on the floor but in the stock. Next day we came there to find the right product, again nobody helped us but Steve again. He helped us to take it from the shelf. It was sad that he was the only person who tried to help us. Thank you Steve for being very helpful. I gave this 5 stars not for the store, but for Steve !

On 2/18/2023 I was able to exchange a BEMIS toilet seat for a new one. I had purchased it a long time ago and the bolts with it did not fit and I had no receipt. They gave me a new one with no problem. So easy and the service desk people were so kind. Thank you so much!

Very friendly staff and always willing to help. I got beautiful cabinets for my laundry room from them and alot of stuff for my house they always have what I need.

My fiancé and I were looking for a specific type of ryobi misting fan and despite the app telling us there were 7 in the store, none were on the floor. After asking multiple store associates for help to no avail, we were about to leave and head home. Luckily, we asked one last store associate, Andy, who was very happy to help us retrieve the item from the upper shelf pallet. Can not thank him enough.

All my experiences at Home Depot have been fantastic. In-store, online, pickups, deliveries and returns have all been top notch service! My preferred home improvement store at the beach.

We like Home Depot over Lowes by leaps and bounds. So much larger inventory and Veterans discount so much easier. Last time tried Home Depot it was a mess guess understaffed and Garden Center so limited not like Lowes.

We were helped by Cesar in flooring. He was great!!!!!

While shopping Randy was very helpful in picking out a leaf blower and great weed kill thanks Randy
