Excellent communication, work done on time and at estimated cost. Great people to work with, would highly recommend to anyone needing vehicle service. I have had several vehicles serviced here, and will gladly continue to have work done here.

I went to Oak Street automotive for new tires, front end alignment, and oil change. My work schedule is very demanding and I can’t really get away, but they were very understanding and worked with me! Very friendly staff and knew they had my best interest in mind when I left! Definitely using them in the future for my automotive needs!

Wow!!! My experience from start to finish was exemplary. My daughter’s car broke down last night in our driveway. When I called this morning, they arranged the tow for me. They checked it out and communicated every step of the way. They were up front about pricing and when I got the car back it ran great. I highly recommend Oak Street Automotive. I will definitely use them again without hesitation if needed!!

I’ve had several services with Oak St this year and I’ve been so pleased with my experiences. I’ve been treated with respect for my time and understanding of what was needed and not needed for my car. As a busy mom and business owner they have been so accommodating to work with my schedule and help me with dropping off and even delivering my car or keys! Amazing and I’ll sing those praises all day long!

Had to get our sons car prepped for cross country drive and ending in AZ where he needs A/C. First shop (national chain) we took it to said he basically needed a new system for $1700. I told him to get it out of there ASAP and found Oak Street and thank heavens I did! They said hoses were leaking and replaced them. All good. But they originally quoted close to $900 and ended up being less than half. I know a lot of places wouldn’t have been that honest.
Love them and never taking car anywhere else!

Oak street is the perfect place to go!! First, they came and picked up my car while I was at work and I needed an oil change. While they were working on it (I have no idea about cars!) they saw that my tread had completely wiped off my tires and were sure to tell me thoroughly what was wrong to where I could understand. Then after repairing everything I needed repaired they drove it back to me. WHITE GLOVE SERVICE! Couldn’t speak better about a place. Being a girl I am always intimidated going to automotive places, NO MORE!

I took my car to oak Street automotive because my car wouldn't start, they had to change the alternator and the serpentine belt and while they was checking other areas they noticed I was missing a bolt and let know that they was going to order it and put it on now my car doesn't rattle anymore 🙂. Thank you so much for the wonderful work done on my car I would highly recommend you guys for sure!

Oak Street Automotive is professional, knowledgeable and always has superior service and pricing. As a veteran I appreciate that their service manager is also a veteran and getting a military discount is a huge plus. I drive over an hour round trip to give them my patronage — it’s well worth it

It's wonderful to find an honest mechanic you can trust.
I went by there in May to buy a new Interstate battery because I had to jump my car that morning and on the way home from work. Brian had the guys look at it, clean the terminals and sent me on my way! So of course when I needed tires, I went back! Just good, honest folks!
Follow up for my next oil change and tire rotation...received the same great service!

My daughter called and told me that smoke was coming from her car. I live two hours away so I googled auto repair shops in Conway. This was the very first one I found. I called and spoke with Adam about having the car looked at. They diagnosed and repaired her car today. My daughter couldn't find a ride to pick it up and Adam said it wasn't a problem they could deliver it to her. Kathy called my daughter to get the address for delivery. Kathy, Adam, and the whole team there are amazing. I will definitely use them in the future.

In my own experience this automotive repair shop has always been one of the best. The work that I have had done has always been excellent without any issues. The staff are very friendly and respectful. I definitely would recommend this repair shop to anyone.

They have always taken good care of me they take care of all my vehicles. Their honest. Their not going to lie to you saying you needs lots of work for no reason. There's no other shop that I'll take my vehicles to.

It was my first time there, they were chill and patched my tire timely manner. I had been going to another shop for these types of things many years, they were just as cool felt good.

Came to Oak Street after a 3.5 week long wait at another place attached to a hefty price estimate. Within 2 days my car was repaired at over 1/2 the previous estimate. I will be using Oak Street Automotive for all repairs and maintenance on my vehicle

I have use this auto repair shop for 10 years now. I recently dropped off my car with a flat tire, and they repaired it while I was at a doctors appointment.
It was ready in no time. I really like this car repair shop.
