I am happy to commend Fehrenbach's Flooring. A refrigerator leak left our original wood floors warped. We decided to replace them with luxury vinyl and handle the install ourselves. Chase Fehrenbach was easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we got our floors on time when the supplier messed up our delivery. I will be using them again.

This is the second time I used this company. Eleven years ago they installed Pergo flooring on the first floor of my townhouse and carpet on the top 2 floors. After 11 years we decided to replace the carpet on the 2nd floor with Coretec Springfield Oak luxury vinyl. They were very helpful in picking out a product that would hold up in a beach environment with lots of traffic. After ordering the product it came in early and Chase Fehrenbach contacted me to arrange installation. This is a beach house that is 160 miles from our home so it was important to get someone we could trust to complete the work without us there. Steve Corsi was the lead person on our installation. He brought along 2 additional installers, and they got the entire job done in less than a day - including moving furniture, removing the old carpet, cleaning up and stretching the 11-year-old carpet on the 3rd floor. Steve then sent me detailed pictures via text when they were done with the work. I was very pleased with their attention and their work. I will certainly consider them again if I want to do more flooring renovation in the future.

Really don't know how you guys stay in business. Chase, THE OWNER, called to tell us our flooring would be installed early from 8:00 to 10:00. He told us to make sure the floors were clean. So we did that and then my grandma sat on the edge of her seat all morning waiting for somebody to show up and they never did. She didn't eat breakfast because she didn't want to make any kind of mess in the kitchen. For some reason, their office phone wasn't working and Chase didn't answer his cell phone all morning. I eventually had to go down to the building and ask what was going on, when at noon it was still not installed and no word from anyone. Danielle at the front desk deserves a raise for having to put up with angry customers brought on by Chase. None of it is her fault but she has to deal with his mess. She stayed professional as she got it sorted out. And a big thank you to Steve for stepping up and helping us out when he had no idea about the install date. Save yourself the headache and the time and don't bother with this company. The only reason I didn't give them zero stars was for the employees who did step up and help us out today. Oh and you will wait 2 weeks to get an estimate, just FYI.

Placed a flooring order May 9. Finally heard from them end of July to schedule the install. Called the day of install saying they did not have the floors. Scheduled for this Friday. No one showed. No one has still called. Now we are trying to get our large deposit back and no one of replying to our calls, emails, texts.
